Good access, friendly staff plenty of space and good location.Good secure site with workshop facilities.
Washdown service is provided by site at a reasonable rate, this is not a self service washdown due to wastewater restrictions.

Indoor storage is immense with over 200 spaces however it is heavily subscribed due to the very competitive prices, but worth waiting given the insurance discounts many insurers offer for CaSSOA approved storage.

Highly recommend for a hassle and worry free caravan storage facility close to the Motorway for ease of access.

We store our caravan here. You can have your van brought out so you can fix it.

Been storing our caravan since 2018 and cannot rate Westby enough. We have had yearly servicing and caravan wash several times.
The is a family owned operation and we have always had excellent service from them.
We would give them 10 stars if we could.

Superb rural local but close to main roads for easy access to the motorway which makes travelling to pick up your caravan/motorhome feel like you're already starting your holiday.

The site is very secure and with very friendly and attentive staff you can feel confident your vehicle is in safe hands.
It also has the bonus of having on site habitation checks, repairs and cleaning (check their website for full details)

We started storing our caravan at Westby Hall in 2009. Excellent service when collecting your van , additional services include a caravan wash or caravan service / repairs without the need to collect and take to the service centre . Great family business, only recently stopped using the facility due to selling our caravan .

What's not to like about this fantastic company. Had our caravan stored here for some time and so glad we went with them.
The hassle free collection and drop of facility any time of day is second to none. Extremely secure, well organised and every member of staff who I've had dealings with have been brilliant. There is a reason why this place is so busy, because it's a fantastic all round set up.
I've also recently used them to service my caravan and the engineer was great, 3 calls in the space of 3 hours about his findings and options, really impressed.

I was looking for a Motorhome Repair centre that I felt would give more of a one to one / personal level of service. I got that sense from Wesbty Hall's website - and the experience matched up. From the initial chat with the lady who answers the phone (Sorry I don't know her/your name) through to the ongoing level of service and understanding from Andrew - I couldn't have wished for more support. Andrew was very understanding of my budget constraints and helped me prioritise approaches to fixes that would keep my recently bought very old motorhome (2000) water tight and safe for the season. Westby is an excellent solution to your caravan storage problem. Indoor or outdoor, it's up to you. If you are new to caravanning it can be very daunting dealing with manoeuvring your caravan around and into tight spaces. Westby take that worry away. You just drop off your van and they put it away for you! And when you are ready to go away again, one quick call and it's ready for you to collect! Easy! Security is top notch. Your van is absolutely secure. We were 100% happy with the service. Always polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Westby Hall have looked after both my caravan and my Landrover for 6 years and always gave me excellent service. They have had my caravan ready whenever I asked, and serviced it each year on-site. My Landrover was both serviced and MOT’d and ready for me when I returned from overseas.
Their security system is excellent, as is the help willingly given by the staff. There is a “family” type of feeling given about the company whenever I dealt with anyone there, which is excellent to experience. Over all those six years, I never once was given anything other than excellence, and I knew I could totally relax about the safety and security of both my vehicles, as the cctv, security gates and the on-site supervision was exactly what I needed to have that confidence.
I would like to add that the owner/Director Mr Andrew Taylor was always available to talk to me directly whenever I needed special arrangements for my car or to help me in ensuring everything was prepared for my trips back to the Uk.
I rarely give anyone 5 stars, as I can easily be critical, so this score is definitely well deserved.
Any potential customer should be fully reassured that they too will get an excellent service.

Westby Hall is a first class caravan storage business. They employ very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always helpful and polite. We just ring up leave a message to say what we want and it happens!
Westby Hall also carry out caravan servicing. No job is too difficult. We always feel more confident setting off on holiday knowing our van has been serviced there.
If I was going to buy another van i would look there first as they have a small selection of competitively priced pre owned vans for sale.

Having used Westby Hall for storing, buying and servicing our caravans since 2013, I must state that we have had excellent service from Andrew and his team throughout this time. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.
Due to a change in circumstances we have moved our van to a different part of the country, but I would not hesitate to come back to Westby Hall should things change and will continue to recommend them to others when asked.

I don't have a posh motorhome worth tens of thousands of pounds, but with the treatment and service I receive here you wouldn't know. I have been treated with the utmost care and courtesy every time I visited. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has the need for storage for either your caravan or motorhome A1.

Can’t recommend this site enough, the staff are very friendly especially the young lady as she’s very knowledgable and can answer any questions you may have as well as tips on winterising your moho or caravan as she did with me last week, they take pride in providing a 1st class service.
The is CaSSOA GOLD standard award winning site, so you can feel safe in the knowledge your precious vehicle is being cared for, it’s also a lived on site so someone is around all the time, which gives that extra peace of mind. Also an added bonus is the on site workshop & cleaning service for your baby.

Caravans well looked after with CCTV and gated entrance to which a fob is given for your van. They can wash your van, sell gas, provide air/water etc. Limited maintenance bays and an on-site repair garage.
