Can't praise highly enough! Found a lump in my breast on last Sunday, rang surgery first thing Mon morning, got a phone call to go in to see GP, immediately put my mind at ease but referred me for a mammogram just to be on the safe side, got a call from Chorley hospital yesterday to go in Fri for scan. The NHS is amazing!!!

This isn't my own medical practice; however, I attend with some family members for different reasons, and I find all staff - from reception/admin to GP'S and nurses - to be more than helpful at all times, never had a bad experience, so well done! Keep up the good work!

I'd like to leave an updated review to say that the recent changes to this surgery haven't gone unnoticed.
I have had plenty of negative experiences at this surgery since registering a few years ago but recently I can't say enough good things. I'm assuming it is now under new management or there has been alot of staff training in place but it hasn't gone unnoticed.
The phones are answered straight away, the reception staff are always really nice and friendly and can't do enough for you. Doctor's call you back the same day if not within the hour. There has honestly been a real change and it was much needed! Well done. The service now is great. Dr Jones and Dr Duggal especially are great doctor's if you can get an appointment with them or a phonecall.
The receiption waiting area has been redone and is now alot cleaner too.
When you go in your asked questions about covid and your temperature is taken before you can even enter the building. Felt really safe. Many thanks for your hard work.

I would like to thank everybody at RMC for their excellent service especially during these difficult times. To be able to talk to a receptionist and then receive same day GP consultation on several occasions is very reassuring. Well done RMC!

Reception team really nice and doctors are great as well. Everyone goes above and beyond to help their patients.

I attended for a blood sample to be taken from my foot. The nurse was kind and took the sample with expertise and consideration.

Visiting doctors surgery for first time, since 2019. Not a great experience from the receptionist. I was giving her my details and she suddenly tapped on the dividing partition, as for some reason, couldn't hear what I was saying. I was talking in a slightly raised voice anyway. She then abruptly stated "talk into this" sorry but I'm not shouting out my personal details, don't care who is or not around. Get a proper intercom system instead of the stupid vented window panel? Outdated and difficult I'd imagine for elderly to make themselves understood. Also, as masks are still required in the waiting room, why would you want to be speaking out so closely to the vented window? Kind of defeats the object doest it?

Tough times at the moment but apart from that I think the surgery has done OK. Not easy getting a doctors appointment.

Reception good in person (but phone waiting times a nightmare most days) & covid restrictions tight.. Pharmacy line decent. Experience with doctors and nurses not so fantastic though and the building layout is confusing.

Operate a day to day appointment system so no appointments available when asked either told to ring back following day or can book appointment for 2 weeks time people that are working especially find it difficult as I find they reluctant to work round people in full time work I have hit this problem several times don’t even get offered Saturday appointment when they are open then

So my partner is concerned about our 9month old as he came down with a rash this morning so got an appointment with a doctor(Dr fareed). Only to have him not check baby over properly and say he has a VIRAL infection so mother's instinct kicked in and took him to A&E to have them say it's tonsillitis and sent home with antibiotics 10days but if he had been left any longer it could have been worse. Are the doctors at RM centre even qualified and a report has been filed as that's absolutely disgusting. If you want a good doctor ask for Dr Jones 100%genuine.

Today I was left in tears after a telephone conversation with the nurse.
I felt belittled and spoken down to. My emotional well-being this has had a negative & adverst effect my mental health and trust issues . The nurse spoke to me in a tone.
Thanks so much for that I fail to understand how you can be a nurse. To be a nurse you need a level of understanding, nurses have both empathy and compassion you showed me neither. 😥😡
