Recently my Mum (91 next month) had an appointment with the pharmacist Lukmaan. He was absolutely perfect and really settled my very anxious Mum quickly. Superb interaction, caring professional and friendly. We both wish he was our son. Thanks very much 5*

I was seen at very short notice by Lukmaan the pharmacist, he was very good at settling me down, taking my BP and putting me at ease.
During the visit he arranged a 24hr monitor and is committed to helping me get my BP back under control.

Ingol health centre are doing an amazing job of providing excellent care and support.
Noticed the change lately as we have health conditions in the family that require quite regular GP visits.
I know it’s still hard to get routine appointments but the receptionist do an excellent job of helping as much as possible to get you in, and when you do get an appointment the new GP’s, nurses and pharmacist listen and make appropriate referrals and start investigations where needed.
My partner recently had an appointment with the pharmacist ~ Lukmaan who listened to concerns, gave reassurance and made an immediate start on an investigation. We think he is a great asset for the practice.

I had an appointment with Mr Lukmaan Mahamroot, the Pharmacist, today for a routine check up. He was awesome: pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and extremely reassuring. Im not the most confident patient as I suffer from mental health issues but Lukmaan made the entire experience extremely comfortable. Thank you Lukmaan and the North Preston Medical Practice as a whole.

Had an appointment today with Lukmaan Mahamroot, the practice Pharmacist.
He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and put my mind at ease on a number of issues.

I had an appointment with Lukmaan the Pharmacist today regarding Statins, he was very informative about the product, as what I originally went to discuss I couldn't take.
He was very friendly and genuinely seemed interested in my welfare. He advised me what Statins to take and I've taken his advice.

I was seen by Lukmaan for a BP review. He put me at ease, took my BP and arranged for 24 hrs BP monitoring. He explained the procedure and described what would happen next.

Joint email address which is why my husband's name has come up. I had a consultation with Lukmaan, yesterday. He was very thorough, answered questions I had and checked out details online. He also picked up that an acronym that is used widely can mean two different things, which he sorted out. Very nice man. As regards having to wait for longer on the phone that you have time for, in order to get through, if it's at all possible, go in, in person. It can be much quicker to get sorted out. Christine

Visited Lukmaan The Pharmacist at Ingol Health Centre today ( 18.1.24 ) and he was very thorough in finding out why my blood pressure had increased. Gave good advice

I had a face to face appointment today 02Nov23 for review of my medications. Mr LM, the pharmacist, was very accomodating, knowledgable and understanding in his approach which helped me to feel at ease in the practice. He explained to me a good plan on tackling my situation and I felt he is sincere in his service despite the current pressures in the NHS. thank you and kind regards.

Recently saw Lukmaan the pharmacist at the centre. He patiently explained what I needed to do about some medical issues I had. Excellent advice, was reassuring and gave a clear plan for the future. Recommended.

Lukmaan provided quick and helpful intervention for my health issues and gave friendly advice on lifestyle changes and use of NHS prepayment prescription service that allowed me to get a significant refund from a recent prescription payment in Rowlands Pharmacy.
