Practice Nurse Aimee was amazing. Professional, friendly, thorough, explaining everything during my appointment. Cannot praise her professionalism highly enough.

I recently was admitted into hospital with severe Pneumonia. I was discharged too early and called the doctors for help but couldn’t get an appointment. Luckily I spoke to Tracey from Broadway who went above and beyond to get me an appointment and made a car parking space available where I was so short of breath. I was admitted back in to hospital and when discharged, I stupidly wasn’t given the medication I needed. Once again, all of the doctors appointments had gone but luckily Tracey was there getting me in again! I’m now able to breathe because I finally got the medication I needed. I’m pretty sure if it wasn’t for Tracey I’d be readmitted. Thank you for your help!!

I have been registered at this practice for many years now and have always had a good experience.I have managed to get a telephone appointment with a clinician when necessary and also a face to face appointment if required. My GP, Dr Rangaswamy , has always been very supportive and helpful when it came to the medical care for myself and my children as well.

My mother moved to Preston in June and I chose this surgery purely on closeness to her place of residence. I cannot express more how outstanding they have all been with her and my family. The GPs, nurses, admin staff and pharmacy team are all fantastic. I want to say a special thank you to Dr’s Webster and Walsh for not only their support and advice but for listening to me and my frustrations. My mother will be moving to a care home soon and will need to leave this surgery which is sad news. I can’t recommend them enough, keep up the great work.

I have to say how impressed I am with this practice. Many receptionists get tagged with being a rottweiler and difficult to get anywhere with. Here the team are wonderful. I have had to contact them on several occasions now on behalf of my elderly mum and they have been so helpful. This is not my surgery and wish it was. As someone who is new to caring all be it adhoc for my parents, the help they have been is so appreciated. It is a shame broadway parking is non existent but having the option to go to Ingol where the car park is big is great. Not forgetting the nurses and the doctors especially Dr Murray who has been amazing.

I had my first appt at North Preston medical centre this morning and just wanted to say a big thank you to the receptionist and nurse who saw me. Very welcoming on a dreary Saturday morning, thank you.

I've tried to ask for an appointment by phone after I had a problem with my tonsils over 4 weeks. I wanted to see a doctor now not nurses according to my condition. They been honest to say they need to follow the prucedures: it means nurse can be again and can be no decent appointment for me. But They've done them Best! Finally I've got a decent appointment to one of the doctor! Thank you so much again!

I rang today and the receptionist managed to squeeze me in for a telephone consultation, doctor rang and prescribed antibiotics.. thank you

I've always really found the practise brilliant, easy to get an appointment and happy with the GPs advice.

I have been a patient with this practice for several years and there have been several issues with them during that time. However, it's getting better

the front office practice (appointment scheduling, prescription refills) is an unmitigated disaster. You are on hold for at least half an hour (if you get lucky enough and enter the call queue). I had to call 8 times starting exactly at 8:00 AM to get into the queue just to wait another 30-40 minutes to talk to someone. Wretched service.
But, on a very important bright spot, once through the maze and gauntlet of the front end, the doctors are kind, compassionate and competent which is why I give 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

The surgery has responded positively and according to the requirements needed. They have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However at rush hours, there has not been enough seating and the waiting room is quite small supplying no drinks and refreshments!
