the work carried out by Chorley Rooftech was amazing and professional. the staff were very neat and tidy. I was working from home whilst the work was happening outside and they didn't bother me at all. I am very happy with the work and would recommend to all.

My Mum asked Chorley Rooftech to fit new guttering, cover boards to fascias and downpipes to her property and they were totally faultless and absolutely professional. I noticed a neighbour having replacement soffits and facias fitted to their house. I was very impressed with the quality of the work being done and asked them to quote for me to have my gutters replaced. They were not particularly cheap but the quality of the materials and the workmanship was second to none. Very impressive and highly recommended.

Stuart is polite and efficent easy to communicate with and Pauline is super helpful his staff are polite and courteous and extremely hard working ,his team work to a very high standard and would definitely recommend this firm. New roof ,door canopy ,soffitts and facial all done excellent

We had a great experience with Chorley Rooftech. Stuart turned up at exactly the appointment time and gave us a no pressure quote for the work to be done. We had the mock tudor, soffits, facia’s and guttering replaced at the front of our house by the very amiable Baz and Simon who worked very hard and to a high standard.

We were very pleased with the finished job and it has definitely enhanced the look of our house. I would definitely recommend Chorley Rooftech to anyone in the future and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic Job, well done Chorley Rooftech Ltd, Barry and his crew did a great job on our new warm roof on the conservatory, its made it a totally new room and looks like new and so warm too now. Extremely recommend Chorley Rooftech. They were employed to replace the cladding, and fittings to the outside of the house. Pauline in the office went above and beyond in order to provide me with the quotes I needed. The lads that came to do the work turned up and, despite the heat, worked quickly and efficiently. The work was to a very high standard and I am extremely happy with the quality. Should I need any work going forward, this company will be my go to. From start to finish, the experience was a positive one.

Rooftech took on the difficult task of completely replacing a large flat-top roof covering a swimming pool that, after years of standing water leaking through seams in the asphalt, had rotted the wood below and had partially collapsed. The specialist joiners created a new timber structure, on top of which the roofers laid seamless fibreglass sloping into a central drainage channel, so that the water flows straight off the roof. They did an excellent job, for which I’m very grateful.

Absolutely brilliant service, the boys came to do the work on time and always left the area tidy and immaculate at the end of the day. Chorley Rooftech were employed to replace the sofias, soffits, guttering and mock Tudors. Experience was good from the start and job was completed on time. The lads that came were friendly and did a great job. The end results look great. Would certainly recommend.

Service supplied was second to none, from the minute the house was surveyed and suggestions made about gutters, facia and new roof on rear extension the price was agreed all very reasonable and didn’t dent the pocket. Agreed installation date and tradesmen arrived on time everyday until the job was completed. Workmanship and quality of work could not fault, tidied after every day, and if you have a good supply of tea bags then keeps the job moving. Overall highly recommended if you want quality finish and expert job carried out at reasonable prices.

Just had all gutters redone on my two bed terrace. Positive experience from initial meet up, to workmen arriving (even with snow on ground for two of the days), doing the work and leaving with everything tidy. Wow! I could not recommend this company any more. Stewart and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had quite a lot of work completed by them, new facias along with gutters and a complete transformation of our existing flat roof into a new flat roof with an amazing skylight installation. The material they use is out of this world and I completely understand why the offer such a fantastic guarantee with their product. The lads working for Chorely Rooftech are quite simply masters of their trade. Not to mention first and foremost they’re more than decent lads too.

As for the level of customer service that I received, that’s what has made this such an enjoyable experience. Having recently moved to Manchester in my first house, i was worried I’d be too far away. Stewart would regularly call at the drop of a hat and ensure that everything was well and sound. He promised from day one he’d look after us and that’s what he certainly did. Could not recommend Chorely Rooftech enough.

We had guttering, fascias, soffits, dry verges and all downpipes done by Chorley Rooftech. Stewart and his team were great from start to finish and even removed a conservatory as part of our agreed job.

The work was of excellent quality and what we feel was value for money. Communication was super from start to end and the workmen also looked after our property very well - we wouldn’t have known they’d been on a daily basis as things were so tidy!
