5 STAR CLINIC LTD (Physiotherapy Clinic)

After being involved in a road traffic collision, my insurance company arranged physiotherapy as part of my whiplash injuries..
From the moment I received a phone call they have been so very efficient,in booking me in for my initial assessment...
The staff are amazing.. they put you at ease and they talk you through everything.I was given exercises to do daily as part of my recovery program alongside massage.. manipulation and tens muscle stimulation.
I have made huge improvements to my pain , mobility and flexibility during the weekly sessions that I have attended.
Honestly can not praise their service.

An excellent service from start to finish. I came to this clinic to deal primarily with my anxiety. I have ADHD and autism plus many years of trauma. After acupuncture, I can now say that I have never felt as balanced as I do now. I'm 51 years old and have tried many different techniques, but this clinic has opened my eyes to how beneficial acupuncture is. I am extremely happy with my results. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I feel like a new woman.

I came to 5 Star Clinic after experienced a tear in my calf some time ago. After the first session I felt instant relief which allowed me to retake up my favourite hobby of road running. Luca was excellent in his craft and identified a number of other key areas of concern which had come as a result of my calf injury. After a number of sessions my calf (and all other areas) are fixed and I can get back to my love of running without being hampered by injury.

I would recommend 5 Star Cinic to anyone who is experiencing any sort of pain as his expertise were invaluable! The service and the friendliness of the team are something to be admired.

I am now planning to frequently attend sports massage sessions to ensure I'm fit for all the races to come!

Absolutely amazing people, so helpful and always try to accommodate last minute appointments. I contacted the clinic in extreme discomfort suffering from sciatica for the 1st time. Kamila and Gianluca saw me that day which was amazing and immediately started a course of treatment that has cured me completely. Thank you to Kamila especially for helping me and making me laugh along the way.

My insurance sent me here following a car accident. The treatment is absolutely great and such lovely physiotherapist. I couldn't have wished for anybody better. I am so grateful for 5 Star Clinic! Thank you so much guys, you've been amazing. I mainly saw Hafiz who is such a lovely man, I enjoyed visiting him and having a catch up and he was amazing with me. One word, AMAZING!
Week 1, session 1 i was in so much discomfort with my shoulder it was affecting my physical and mental state. Fast forward to week 6 session 6, I'm in a much better place. Maryam worked wonders with my injury, her professionalism, diligence and knowledge has got me to where i now am after only 6 weeks - thank you. Highly recommended

I attended after a flare-up of a longstanding lower back issue (sciatica). Luca was able to determine the causes of major pain and over the course of multiple appointments, severely reducing the pain and discomfort. Through a mix of manipulation and acupuncture (alongside set exercises at home), my back has been relatively pain free. I'd definitely recommend to anyone with back issues!

I had 7 sessions of acupuncture and massage with 5 Star Clinic for a hip issue. Gianluca was so positive and professional that I always felt fabulous at the end of the session.
My hip issue is not muscular or joint related so not yet cured but I must admit that the sessions helped my well being. I will probably next year book another session just for well being.

I had a very painful injury that was linked to running and sitting. Over the period of the treatment the problem has steadily improved. I was always met with kindness and care and felt I was getting the best possible treatment.

I first went to 5 star and saw Kamila for RSI in my right arm and shoulder. I'd had it weeks & it was really bothering me. I didn't expect it to go after one session so I paid for a package of sessions. After one session with Kamila I was amazed, the RSI completely went. You have to be open minded and trust the process when you see Kamila. She used a combination of therapies on me and a couple of data post treatment there was discomfort from the treatments, then a few days later, the RSI had gone altogether. I couldn't actually believe it. I am now using my package of sessions to see Gianluca for hypnotherapy. I'll review separately in due course, but so far so good. Both Kamila & Gianluca are lovely people. Very professional, very knowledgeable and put you right at ease. I highly recommend this clinic.

The treatment I received was excellent. I was made to feel at ease at each session and felt that my points made about my pain were taken seriously, acknowledged and worked on professionally. I was provided with a comprehensive exercise programme to help support my recovery. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions I received. I clearly benefitted, as after my course of treatment I felt much better and virtually pain free. I left with exercises and a plan of action to eradicate the pain entirely. Thank you 5 star clinic.

Had a trapped nerve in my shoulder, found 5 Star Clinic online,got me booked in that week immediate relief after massage and acupuncture treatment. Booked 3 more sessions helped with additional exercises emailed to me to do at home. Sorted my shoulder thank you very much would recommend to everyone

I've been coming to 5 star clinc for around 3 months. I am really pleased with the service i received. I had physio and acupuncture from Gianluca and it has helped massively. Overall a pleasant experience and i highly recommend.

I was referred to 5 Star Clinic after a car crash.
They were very professional and friendly.
After being given an exercise plan and several sessions at their clinic I now don’t experience neck pain.
I’ll be continuing with the exercises to continue easing the tingling sensation and very happy with the treatment received.
