Despite the house needing immediate work done and some delay before completion, Jane kept us updated throughout and has been a joy to work with. I have rented with bridgfords for just over 5years, whilst saving for a deposit. I had been property hunting for some time with no luck using other estate agents, i found one with bridgfords which unfortunately did not go through, however Emma has been super proactive and kept me informed with new properties that suited my needs. Bit delayed in writing this, as it’s been a whirlwind few weeks since we completed on the purchase of our first house through Bridgfords and all I can say is thank you for EVERYTHING!! Emma was amazing and was with us every step of the way and can’t thank her enough for everything she did to get us over the line. We are now settled in and ready for our first Christmas in our own home and we owe it to Bridgfords!!

Having just completed on my successful application for Tenancy following the recent and sudden death of both my Mum and Husband, I was taken through a journey of Care, Security and Understanding of the sudden Position I found myself in. Brigfords came highly recommended to me for letting out properties and I can say the process was Seamless from start to finish. I instructed Brigfords to market my property for rent using their full management property service. The team were fantastic, the property was marketed to a high standard, and after only days days of viewings I had applications for tenants. All elements were taken care of including certificates for the property/ cleaning and any small maintenance items without me having to even think about it. The property had a let agreed within a few days of being on the market and there is a suitable family now in the home. Lyndsy my lettings manger and Katie the negotiator were particularly excellent. I hope this is the start of a very long and successful relationship.
