I have been dealing with Redrose Estate Agency, Buckshaw Village for the last 13 years with the complete management of letting out my apartments. During this time, I have never had any tenant issues, whenever a tenant has given notice, they already have potential tenants lined up for viewings making the changeover seemless and very few days when the apartment is left empty. Any maintenance issues are always dealt with quickly and efficiently resulting in very little inconvenience to the tenant. The App is also very qood, it gives updates on rents, when annual checks need to be carried etc. It is especially good for when someone moves out, the app clearly shows appointments of potential viewers which is very useful. Dave, Cathy, Bethany and all the staff have provided me with an excellent service over the years and I would have no hesitation in recommending Redrose letting and management services.

We dealt with Redrose as the house we have just purchased was up for sale by them. Melanie the estate agent was really helpful, communicated throughout the whole sale process. Excellent service by the lettings team - as a landlord living miles away from my buy to let I came across these guys who were local agents to Buckshaw village and put all my trust in them - as I had been badly let down by previous lettings agency, so they had their work cut out for themselves with maintenance issues and property re-let.
