Premier Inn Blackburn Town Centre hotel

Clean room, ample free parking nearby. Friendly staff. Only 1 large towel in the room (2 adult booking) but quickly sorted out.

Aircon worked fine, and the restaurant food was ok.

Great location, great staff. Rooms are always clean and any issue can be solved with ease. Our go to hotel in blackburn as its right in town.

Close to train station and bus station. Shopping centre nearby. Very nice and helpful staff, great service. Food provided in the hotel is fresh and tasty. Room tidy and clean.

Very clean and comfy room and it was quiet too, even on a Friday night.
The breakfast was a very pleasant experience and all items were cooked well, staff are very friendly.

The location is just outside the train station really friendly staff and a relaxing stay .
For breakfast I was a little disappointed that it looked like everything had been standing for a while the beans and eggs were hard sausage over cooked

The location of this Premier Inn is absolutely spot on as it is literally a minute away from the train station so if you have heavy luggage you don’t have to carry them for long at all. The rooms are so amazing as they are well looked after and so clean, the beds are amazing so if you’re looking for a great night sleep alongside the amazing service then you receive here then this is the hotel for you. My most favourite thing about coming here is the amazing service I receive from Duty Manager Hannah, she is incredible at what she does, it’s like the duty manager job role was created specifically for her, she is so easy to talk to and she always has a smile on her face so this makes her very approachable if you need help with anything, her customer service is impeccable and she is very polite so I always look forward to coming back to Premier Inn Blackburn Town-centre, she deserves a raise for the work that she does here.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are lovely, breakfast very good. Instant at a lot of premier inns and the breakfasts do vary in quality of cooking, this is a good one.

Best hotel for a holiday

Blackburn ie my home town we went vist and stayed here on mu daughters wedding was amazing staff we're really nice a few years ago now like but it was really nice and beds were cosy aswell as food was nice too never seen such a lovely hotel ad when I lived in Blackburn we didn't have nothing in town centre glad it all done up thanks.

Second time we've stayed here. Very quiet rooms, and free car parking.

The downside is the hot breakfast service. Unlike other Premier Inns you have to order and wait to be served. Even though the restaurant was dead, and there were plenty of staff it took 45 mins for 2 very basic cooked breakfasts. The food was good, but there was no explanation as to the cause of the wait.

What can I say?. Enjoyed our stay from start to finish, Room was lovely plenty of space for the 4 of us and it was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location it is literally central to everything. Love the fact that the restaurant is inside the hotel so you don't have to go far for a bite to eat. Staff are fantastic they can't do enough for you. The restaurant and reception team are so lovely and was good to have a chat with them all. Would come back again just for breakfast, best black pudding ever. Thank you for making us feel totally at home.

Very clean and pleasant and so comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and the bed is first class. Beautiful and convenient bathroom.
A nice and very professional welcome from Samina when WE arrived at 10:30 pm.
And the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels we have been in in England.
The question is: are all Premier Inn hotels as nice as this one in Blackburn?

Updated Review. Initially, not happy, bed is very small and heating was stuck on. However, The Staff were outstanding. issues were resolved quickly and quietly. Nothing was too much for these guys. I honestly want to say that you are a huge credit to your employers.

I can’t fault this hotel it’s central to everything and has everything you need the bathroom are lovely I do think that the shower floor could have something a bit more slip proof on it but it’s still good enough. While checking in staff are lovely and I can’t fault any of the staff overall the rooms were clean as anything and I would definitely come back the only thing I would suggest is for them to paint the outside.

A very pleasant stay here in what appeared to be a newly decorated room. Very comfortable bed with a view overlooking the cathedral behind the inn. Zero noise from other rooms. A really friendly service from the staff in reception and in the dining area. Food was good and well presented. I’ve rated this 5⭐ based on what it offers. Quietly impressed really. Parking is available adjacent to the inn at a price. Book in advance. Right next to Blackburn railway station too.

Free parking across the road just make sure you register your vehicle upon entry. Car park is a little awkward to find but it is an actual Premier Inn car park and not the one next to it. Hotel itself is clean and modern. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating for a family of three little ones. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a choice for all tastes. Highly recommended. Excellent amenities all around.

I come here alot frequently the staff is lovely and looks after me every time, the duty manger Hannah always looks after me well, knows what I want for tea and makes sure my room is ready and if there any problems it would be sorted!

I had the best stay at the Inn in Blackburn. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. They broke down anything that was too complicated for me to muster. The room was just premier, as the name implies, it was clean, fresh and tea and coffee making facilities were available. The mattress was so comfortable, that I'm investing to buy one for my own home bed.
Breakfast in the morning was amazing, couldn't finish it, but was just amazing.

Can't knock it. Staff were really helpful and were happy to let me use the restaurant after I'd checked out to do some video meetings. Right next door to town and the train station. Shower was unbelievable, room was comfy
