I am a small landlord, by which I mean I own only one flat, and even that is small. I interacted with Katie during a renegotiation of my management agreement. Obviously, I cannot disclose the details of the agreement, but Katie was quite open and honest about what terms could apply, and offered them immediately and without quibble. They were better than my previous terms, so, to use the phrase I applied at the time “I bit off her hand.”

That is only to give the bald facts, though. I can be a somewhat difficult and eccentric customer to deal with, but deal with me Katie did, displaying great enthusiasm, and a keen sense of humour. They were financial negotiations, which can, at worst, be grievous and wearing. However, I emerged feeling positively joyous and enthusiastic. I hope I haven’t created unrealistic expectations for anyone reading this review. I realise life does not always work out so smoothly, but when Katie asked me to provide this review, I was more than happy to relate my experience.

Dealt with Katie from Farrell Heyworth from the Preston office and found her to be really helpful and proactive in getting things done and completed. Really happy with her customer service!

I have spoken to Katy at Farrell Heyworth in Preston recently, and cannot recommend her or the company enough, she was so incredibly supportive, she took things at a pace that suited us, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating to what we were looking for, always following through and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, she kept us in the loop every step of the way; and as well as being so polite, kind and courteous she was also incredibly
compassionate during a difficult time for us, her customer service was incredible and I honestly cannot thank her enough for all she has done, thank you Katy! 10/10!

Chris and his team go above and beyond to help. I have spent the last 12 months trying to purchase a property but with the fast moving market last year I was outbid several times. I had been shown around several properties with David the viewer from Farrel Heyworth Fulwood and he was always extremely helpful. Finally completed on a property yesterday and collected the keys. During the long drawn out sale due to probate, I was assisted by Chris and his team updating me and passing information between the sellers and myself.
