Just a little note of appreciation regarding my experience from earlier tonight @ the Co-op in Cottam, Preston.

Whilst paying for my items, I misplaced one of my wireless headphones. I left the shop and didn't realise at the time. When I realised, I traced my steps and used the generic lost and found feature on my smartphone. It eventually led me back to the till in the shop.

When I asked the attendant, Lauren, she had already found my device and put aside for safe keeping.

I do suffer from mental health issues but Lauren espoused kindness, compassion and respect for me and I assume all customers in the shop.

She returned the item to me.

Lauren is an asset to Co-op and to herself.

Thank you, Co-op and thank you Lauren. You made my life more manageable tonight.

All the best and please continue with what you are doing.

The experience was special & Lauren showed extreme professionalism.

Staff are very helpful and friendly 🙂. If the stock has run out on the shelves and you ask for the product, they will go in stock room and look for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great shop. Highly recommended 👌

Friendly environment and very good location for the local community. There is a cash point, Amazon lockers and good parking facilities as well.

Newly opened and quite useful around the neighborhood.
