I contacted Jon when we had severe damage to our roof. He came and looked at the damage the next day and arranged to come the following week. True to his word Monday morning Jon & his fellow roofer were at my property with all the materials to do the job. Within 3 days my roof was fully repaired. They were respectful of my property no mess left. I highly recommend Preston roof care and I will be definitely recommending them to friends and family.

We had a leaking kitchen roof. John was contacted and attended within a week and identified the cause. A temporary partial fix was applied and a date for the complete repair agreed. It was done as agreed and now having had a proper downpour, I can say that the leak has been sorted. A very quick response, a good job done for a fair price. Both John and Johnny were a pleasure to have working on my property - and they cleaned up. Recommended.

You’ve got to be careful out there, There are plenty of people who will do roof work. This guy is to be trusted and takes pride in his work. He is, let’s say, mature, and uses reliable, friendly workers. He remade my roof in a few days and the result was superb. Tidy, timely, organised, friendly, solved problems on what turned out to be a tricky roof. Well pleased.

We have had a small hard to identify leak around a chimney for 3 years and various patching jobs done on it . I was having quite a few roofing problems leaks and loose slates. John from Preston roofcare came round and inspected my roof. John gave me several options, I decided to go for a complete reroof (long overdue)
John priced up within a couple of days and came to do the job a couple of weeks later
The work he did for me was a complete reroof new felt and batons, pointed my chimney, new lead valleys and new facias and down spout
I am very pleased with the finished work and feel confident all my roof problems are now a thing of the past

Gave John a rang for a quote for a new roof to replace our old felt roof and for some repointing of a gable end wall . He came straight out and priced the job . Two days he and his son came out and fitted a new fiber glass roof , guttering and facia boards . It has transformed our house . Looks fantastic . They left the job tidy , clean and looking great . The repointing was next , on the gable end wall , again all done and dusted within the time window and left clean . I would recommend John to anyone wanting good workmanship , good quality and a friendly contractor - 10/10 well done

John came out to our property to inspect rotting fascia’s, soffits and loose slates.
They quickly made the roof safe for the time being and booked in the work as soon as they could.
Replacing all rotten timber, fitting fascias and soffits and guttering.
The work has been better than expected. Very happy all round. Professional, well mannered, done within a reasonable time frame and all mess tidied up.

Professional service from start to finish, would recommend without hesitation

We had a large re roofing job done at our house. The quality of the work done was fine. However one of the roofs developed bad leaks. We have tried many times over the last few months to get In touch with the owner to come back and look at the job and see if he could determine the cause of the problem. He ignores our calls, when we got through he pretends he has no reception. We rang off our landline to his and as soon as he knows who is calling he puts the phone down and doesn’t pick up again. Absolutely abysmal customer care and after service. I would strongly advise that if you use this firm, do so with extreme caution. The work is good but the aftercare is terrible. We have since had to get other roofing contractors up to look at the job and they have told us it is so bad that it needs to be ripped off and started again. Very disappointing!
