The main thing to say about Luke and his company is that they say what they will do and they do what they say. The photographic evidence of the job afterwards is very helpful for the customer . Would thoroughly recommend Luke and his team .

I am so happy with the service I recieved from Luke and his team. After being wrongly advised by one roofer that it needed refelting (apparently he could see this just by standing on a wall and looking at it) and another telling me he needed to replace 1 slate (but just cemented the crack), I had Luke out who sent a drone to take images and sent them over to me so I could see the state of my roof myself. He told me what needed doing and gave me a more than fair quote and solved the issue quickly. He is very friendly and helpful, answers messages promptly and explains everything for me to understand. he's also done work on my dads old house and current house and neither of us have and any issues since the work was done so well. Certainly come highly recommended from me!

Great work and very well managed from start to finish.
Luke and his team (James and Warren) were very professional, punctual, reliable and informative.
They kept us informed of the on-going progress during our roof replacement and solar panels installation.
They were very tidy – taking away all the debris created at the end of each day and cleaning down the driveway, gutters, etc.
They even sent a drone up and gave us aerial photos of our roof before, during and after completion.
Luke was easily contactable and always happy to offer help and advice.
I would thoroughly recommend them. We would definitely use this company again.

Full re roof, great job by the lads, any snag delt with fast and efficiently after storm lifted one of the tiles (not their fault). wouldn't hesitate to reccomend.

Luke and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof. The lads were always polite and obliging and always cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone wanting work doing. So pleased with the results.

We used Hartleys to repair a damaged and leaking chimney stack and had the old pots removed at the same time. Luke and his team were, prompt, courteous, and very professional. All work was done on time and to the highest standards. We also asked for the ridge tiles to be replaced and again everything was done professionally, from the quotation to the cleaning up afterwards. We are very pleased with the finished job and would definitely recomend Hartleys to anyone needing any roof work.

I can’t thank Luke and his team enough. We had been scammed by a pretend roofer who took a lot of money from us and caused some major damage to our roof. Luckily a friend recommended this company and they’ve restored my faith in tradespeople. Very knowledgable and professional, made us feel confident in their ability and safe. They’ve put us a brand new roof on with top quality materials and sent loads of photos and videos of the work to reassure us after our previous bad experience. Really, really happy with them. Top quality work - complete re-roof of our house. They were on site for a few weeks but kept any disruption to an absolute minimum. The whole team were easy to deal with and kept us updated on progress as the job progressed. No hesitation in recommending them

Very very pleased with the excellent work. Both lads were hard working and very polite. Explained everything and filmed the work to show us once they had finished. If I ever need more roofing work doing I wouldn't go to anybody else.

Absolutely brilliant service from Luke and James.Highly recommended.They turn up on time and are both very polite and fully explain everything with videos and all images of Roof.Having a severe leak and some repairs needed Luke has done a full Roof inspection and has done some repair work.After having some water still entering the building they have responded very quickly and come back out and completed drone survey they have found an issue which is coming in from a neighbouring property to which is going to be dealt with.I will and have recommended them to several other people already.Thanks guys
