Fantastic medical practice! Receptionists are lovely and helpful. Doctors are great no matter who you see. Appointments can be difficult to get but alternatives are given and ive never failed to get one for my children when they have needed to see a doctor.

How can a receptionist decides if you can or cannot see a GP face to face ????? How can a receptionist decides if you can or cannot get a sick note from your GP??? Why is she the one deciding because i have an Infection, that I need to finish my antibiotics before I can see a Dr , eventhough i am in pain?? Are the receptionist the new Dr????I cannot fault the GPs but the receptionists are rude and nasty.

Tell me how if you calk at 8AM as soon as they open

Worst gp ever. I can never get through on the phones to discuss anything. Also struggle to get appointments whilst working full time because you need to be on hold from 08:00-10:00 and then there's none left. They put through the wrong repeat prescriptions to GP but couldn't get through to dicuss with them and can't afford to keep paying for prescriptions they mess up.

Very poor support, receptionist is very rude and just tries to get you off. The call queues are massive and when you get to the end you don't get the help you need. Very disappointing

Staff are a disgrace Ignorant, rude on the phone when they can be bothered answering it , lazy incompetent and would never make a living in the real world.

This is the rudest unhelpful medical team from reception to GPS!
