Justin and his team have done a brilliant job. I needed to replace my 2 flat roofs as they were leaking. I discussed it and decided to have a Lantern window put in my kitchen roof. Wow! What a effect! When i walk into the kitchen, i can see trees through the Lantern. The whole room is so much brighter and a pleasure to cook and relax in.
Justin was efficient and kept me informed. He even sent me a picture whilst i was away. He coordinated the extra work i wanted from the plasterer and electrician. He was a tidy worker and all is back to normal now.
He is understandably very busy and you might have to wait awhile. However I assure you that the standard of his work is worth the wait!

Recent work on two chimneys involving raking out the old pointing and repointing with lime mortar then replacing the leadwork at the base was all completed to a high standard. Justin provided a very clear quote and as he and his team were working they provided video evidence both of the problems and the completed repairs. I wanted a specific colour of lime mortar and the team were very helpful in achieving that. Some small additional pieces of work were also needed and the team were happy to add them in. Justin and his team did a great job and were very good to work with and easy to talk to.

Justin visited my property to undertake an urgent inspection, and finding extensive damage to the roof with a serious leak into the bedroom and a blocked gutter causing damp inside as well, he came back within a couple of days to repair the worst of it. There is no rainwater coming in now and the wall is drying out. This means his colleague James can get on with the rewiring just after Xmas with a full reroof planned for early next year. I am very impressed with his professional approach and his very reasonable prices. Happy to recommend him and his team.

Having used Justin and his team to replace my house roof and doing a highly skilled and professional job, i had cause to use them again to rectify my garage roof. The previous contractor took nine days to make a complete shambles of it. Justin took a day to strip and replace felt, tiles and ridge and dry verges. I can’t recommend JW construction highly enough. Lesson learnt, you have to pay for quality.

I have had a problem with my leaking window/roof for 3 years. Despite contacting various companies in the area they either didn't turn up or carry out satisfactory work. Then I contacted Justin at JW Construction. Justin came to my house and spent time diagnosing the problem and explained in depth the issue and what needed to be done.

Following the consultation; Justin and his team carried out the work. Justin kept me informed at all times what was happening, sending pictures.

What I was most impressed with was the aftercare support Justin provided where he wanted to check that he had fully resolved the problem and is very professional.

Justin and his team have done an excellent job on our stone commercial premises. He is very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything perfectly. Repaired the roof where the previous roofers had left in a mess, fixed new lead guttering , refurbished the front elevation ( repointing, acid wash), and rebuilt and leaded the canopy over the shop front. All done with top quality materials and workmanship. I'm so glad we found him and can't thank him and his team enough.

After having a leak on my kitchen ceiling I requested an assessment of the roof after the original roofer had been and stated there were no issues. Justin organised for one of his workers to come and look as I am not local to his area. They thoroughly assessed the roof and explained what the issues were. They kindly took videos of this and forwarded on to me so that I can seek rectification from the roofer who completed the works. I would have not been able to do this without their advice and giving their time to come and assess the issues. Fantastic service!

Justin has just been round to fix my roof. After being flooded this week he has put my mind at rest. The service was brilliant. On time, very professional and honest. Definitely to be recommended to anybody who needs a good job doing. He managed to repair slipped and broken slates and advised me on future work that needs doing. Contacted Justin regarding a tired roof getting ready for renewal as he was doing a neighbour’s roof. He promptly ordered and arranged everything so that both roofs could be renewed at the same time. Very reliable and prompt service, he completed the job when he said he would and to a very high standard. At the end of each day everywhere was left clean and tidy. The lead lining in the stone gutter of our old cottage had developed a crack and water had been seeping down the internal walls. Justin arrived very quickly for an initial inspection, took photos of the problem and sent a prompt quote. He has just carried out the replacement lead lining very expertly, at the same time replacing several slate roof tiles, all documented by many photographs. We were very pleased to have found a craftsman who knows what they are doing and are confident the new lead lining will last many decades. Wholeheartedly recommend JW Construction.

Justin was quick to respond to my messages. I needed help with a potential chimney leak. He came that day after he finished work, no call out charge, spent a good amount of time explaining what problems he thought we had. He recommended other professionals to help out with jobs he didn't cover, and told me he would get back as soon as possible with a quote when he looked over the pictures he took and also gave to me. Within a week he was back to fix the chimney to a very high degree, and the fee was brilliant, especially compared to others who did not even bother to have a look on the roof themselves. Highly recommended, friendly, no messing around, and most important truthful.

I needed a professional, honest and reliable roofer to rectify a leaking porch roof that had recently been made worse by a cowboy builder.
