The Footwear Department Rieker

I bought a pair of Rieker shoes in January 2017. They were very comfortable from the start . In August 2018 the the leather split at the stitching on the left shoe. I returned to Clitheroe in December 2018 and showed the damage to the owner on Castle Street. He sent a photo to the factory in Germany who replied the following day authorizing him to replace the shoes free of charge. This was the best service I've had at any shoe shop and I will definitely be returning to Clitheroe for my next pair.

Went into the clitheroe shop today looking at men's shoes the sales assistant jean was out of this world and a credit to your company well done 👍

Very off hand assistant couldn't be bothered with me.

My husband bought a pair of Reiker boots 75 pound last Sept 2017 wore them for 6months not for work as he his retired the heels fell apart . Returned them to shop but they couldn t make a decision on what to do had to send photo to Reikers. All that was offered was 20 percent off another pair not happy with customer service received or quality of boots.

On behalf of my mum who went in yesterday to buy and shop assistant very off hand and rude so she came home and ordered online.
