Helpful receptionists at all times and I’ve been coming to this practice for five years and never had a problem. The nurses are so lovely. I know it’s a faff now with the new system during covid and having to ring in at 8am to get triaged or see the nurse but I do believe staff are doing what they can in these times and I’d like to give them a great review because I feel they deserve it. I’m moving home so this surgery is no longer in my catchment area but I’m gutted as I probably won’t find anywhere as good.

I just had my cervical smear with Sr Rashmi Singh. By far, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had having this procedure. Sister Singh was polite, courteous and very professional. Everything was explained in detail, I felt very much put at ease and was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole appointment. The public should not just be quick to write negative reviews but also positive ones when they, like myself today, receive excellent care.

Following from a surgery to remove an abscess, the nursing assistants have been nothing but very efficient and excellent in changing the dressings daily. They made sure I was put at ease, and full credit must be given to them for everything that they have done during the last 4 weeks that I visited them.

Rang this morning got an appointment at 2pm saw Victoria who was brilliant feeling so much better tonight after given medication for a chest infection

The staff here are always very helpful and polite. I've always had positive experiences for over 30 years.

Good phone system, consistently helpful reception staff, all clinicians I have had contact with have been friendly, thorough and helpful.

Never had a problem with this place I’ve always been seen to at a reasonable time and even got in the same day on a couple of occasions

After my leg injury was attended by lovely nurse called Joanne with her care and dedication every 2days for 8weeks my leg is almost healed thank you.
