Great food, music and atmosphere, combined with friendly and helpful staff, makes this place unbeatable.

Drinks and food are reasonably priced. I'd recommend the mixed grill if in the mood to share with friends.

Definitely worth a visit when next in the area.

The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. Every 15-20 minutes, a staff member came to our table to change the coal without us needing to ask.

We had a good time with our family and great environment and great service.The food was delicious and cocktails were awesome

Lovely lounge in Norwood Gardens. Came here for drinks in the evening. Service was prompt and quick. Huge spacious garden at the back to sit and relax.

The service was so good. Had a great time with my friends. Definitely coming back and recommending it to my friends.

From staff to management they’re all so kind, respectful: makes me feel safe with the security there and the welcoming staff. Beautiful decor everything is so clean ! Will deffo recommend nice chills vibes with amazing Bhangra music ! Food is always good, sometimes visit 3 times in a week! Deffo recommend!

Stunning interior, lively atmosphere, beautiful belly dancer! The food is 10/10 , I had the mixed grill and it is by far the best I have ever had. The texture, tenderness and seasoning was just perfect, hats off to the chef! The staff are friendly and customer service is great. I will definitely be back and have already recommended to all my friends!

Oh my god . Can't believe this place in Southall I love my shisha n trust me shisha is amazing here not just shisha food n drinks also but the best part is atmosphere n mix of Punjabi n afro beats thy play good choice of music I loved it highly recommend

Food is brilliant, portions are great and worth every penny. Shisha is also great and the lounge staff seem welcoming. One thing I would ask the management is to work on the cleanliness of the toilets. Plus there was no hot water working on both of my visits so its not very great when trying to wash your hands after your meal.

A truly wonderful and entertaining evening despite not being a place I'd usually have chosen on face value. The staff were courteous, attentive, and patient – particularly with us shisha newbies! The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. Bring your friends and enjoy an awesome evening out.

Only downside was cleanliness. Table wasn't cleaned and floor not swept. Otherwise it was a beautiful lounge. Great service. Food was lovely. Drinks were nice. Shisha was fantastic. Heaters on so it was hot, which makes a difference compared to other lounges. Music was brilliant. Highly recommended!

I honestly love this place. One of the best shisha lounges, great music and excellent vibes. I honestly love Manuel and his amazing service. He deserves the world and more!!!! Honestly would pay millions to have him in my place if I owned a shisha lounge.
