I went into thoroughgoods with the ak yesterday and was finna rob an elf bar but the homie aryan caught me lackin in 4k and I had to run very fast and dropped my robux gift card on the way out and when I came back later someone had taken it. I will still give 2 stars tho because Jesus told me to love my neighbour

Not a local, woman at the till had a face like a smacked donkey, I don’t know what I did to upset her other than give the shop my custom. I think GoSelect should really consider who they franchise to as it damages their brand as I will never shop at a GoSelect ever again. I came in for a lighter and she snarky remarked that there is a minimum spend of £2 on card. It wasn’t a problem, so I said I would grab a drink instead of pointing someone from clearly out of town in the right direction she just stared me down whilst I was looking for the area and repeatedly tapped the lighter on the counter like I was holding her up from her clearly busy life. There was no one else in the shop, as I went around the corner for my drink I politely asked the price of the lighter so far, she quipped back “£” I have learning difficulties and couldn’t recall then the mimimum spend so I asked what if it was £2 again as to not hold her up more, she stood staring off into space and pulled a dirty look and didn’t say anything, I asked again “is that right” and then she responded so she clearly just ignored me. Some people have hidden disabilities and this isn’t a way to treat them. Disgusting behaviour I will be making contact directly with GoSelect too.

Could have the opportunity to be a great shop but the staff are so arrogant I’ve been swore at by the shopkeeper and him and his wife are extremely rude! I don’t recommend to anyone! I think this shop is a disgrace and for the way they treat members of the public the shop should be shut down

Sick of this place, I'm gutted that this is the nearest shop I can get Evri parcels delivered to. He is so so rude every single time I go in. He serves people over the top of me, tuts when I'm looking for my email and ID. Then complains when he has to find my parcel "in the big pile of parcels" listen pal.. if you hate doing Evri so much DONT DO IT??!!! Let another shop do it, hopefully one that knows manners! Today my parcel was all torn up hence this review. I won't be using Evri again so I don't have to deal with this shop where they seem to hate customers.

Very very disgusting service.
Picked up a parcel as usual and the women behind the counter gave me a parcel that had 'gone missing'. I said oh it's been missing that but she said 'im going to give it you anyway'

Now my parcels aren't being scanned through, they are talking to me and my mother with no respect at all and trying to say I stole a parcel when their own worker gave me the parcel off her own back.

Absolutely disgusting how that man talks to people which many people say and to have two more off your parcels go missing now and the man saying 'he will not help me because I stole a parcel' is just the tipping point.

No longer will I get parcels delivered to this shop or even shop there at all.

Wouldn't even give it a 1 star.

What an ignorant man the owner is. I stood there 5 minutes, no-one else in the shop and it was my first time in there. The lady who works there was busy with a delivery but he was stood doing nothing. She had to tell him to serve me at the same time I asked if anyone was serving. Arrogant, ignorant and condescending and doesn't deserve any customers. That's the first and last time I will set foot in that shop.

I've just been into the shop to collect this parcel. The man behind the counter told me I had to wait because there were a load of school kids in the shop. I told him I couldn't wait because I had to pick my son up, he said come back later. I said that wasn't convenient as I had only come to collect the parcel. He said if I didn't move he would just use the other till. I said it's not fair that I couldn't just have my parcel, he said he had hundreds to check, I said why is that my fault?! Then his daughter who was guarding the door started to verbally abuse me because I said I was going to report the poor service. She said do it! I will never set foot in that shop again and I will advise the vinted seller that the item will be going back to them. Disgraceful and rude!

Quite possibly the rudest shop owners I've ever met in my life. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM (owners are indian couple and it seems they have been brought up with 0 manners)

Do not get parcels delivered here. First and last time, he was blatantly rude for no reason. If you dont want to deal with parcels sent to your shop, dont do it!

0 manners every time. They charged me 50p for an Amazon return envelope which they get for free

I don't like this shop, even though I go there sometimes, but I do if I completely have to, the people there are super rude, his son beat up someone and his dad did absolutely nothing, they make you wait for an unbelievable amount of time and I think when you spend money and you are supposed to get change, but I don't think they give you all of it, they are super greedy, it's very overpriced. This women was mopping the floor and I was going to get a drink down the bit she just mopped and she got mad at me for it like what is the point, do you want my money anything like at least you're getting money from me buying something, I don't like going there, I suggest you don't unless you want to get ripped of for a can of coke and a tub of pringles.

I have never in my life been in a shop owned by a bunch of rude arrogant staff,the manager pushed my teenage daughter and her friend a few weeks ago,I don’t know who he thinks he is and I refuse to use this shop,along with many others

This store overcharges customers and exploits its location. Additionally, the personnel is unwelcoming.

I try and avoid this shop as much as possible. The owner and his wife are extremely rude! I am surprised they are still able to run a business with the attitude they have. I only use it to drop off Evri parcels when I’m short of time but I will travel that bit further to the Londis on Whittingham Lane to send parcels now because they have way friendlier staff!
Why run a local shop when you clearly despise people and your job?! Sort it out. Manners cost nothing.
