We went to nettletons as they were the closest stockists of Sheila fleet, who we wanted for our engagement ring. Paula was really helpful in designing and ordering the ring, explaining about the hardness of the stones and enamelling and why opal would be a bad idea! I really appreciated that, and her help on sizing. Ultimately I now have an amazing ring that I am totally in love with and we will be back for our wedding rings. Highly recommended.

Visited Nettletons to have new watch batteries fitted, which was done quickly, efficiently and with care. Have visited the shop many times over the years, the level of customer service is always brilliant.

Took our anniversary clock here for repairs to be carried out
Staff were very helpful and friendly helping me through the door with my Rollator.
After dealing with the clock repair issue we asked to see diamond ear studs for my wife.
We were shown a good assortment of these and picked a pair to collect when we return for the clock in a few weeks time
Joe, who served us was most helpful and went out of his way to assist my wife in making choices which suited her whilst not pressuring us in any way

The care, professionalism, patience, passion and knowledge of all staff members is second to none. I’ve been using Nettletons for several years now, for new purchases, repairs and alterations to jewellery and watches I already had.
I love the warm welcome, there’s no hard sell and most importantly it doesn’t matter how big or small your wallet is! Everyone is treated the same. I live an hour away but won’t use another jeweller now.

Called into the shop today as we had brought our wedding rings from here as I was looking for a rose gold ring to go with it. Joe was amazing so genuine and helpful. Found a lovely ring that is being resized overnight and our rings were cleaned and reshapen free of charge. Can highly recommend this beautiful independent jewellers.

We were so pleased with the service we received from nettletons jewellers in Clitheroe.

We wanted my engagement ring remade into platinum from white gold but were unsure whether they could do this. We wanted it exactly the same but with channeling on the shoulders. Paula was so helpful and let us know that they would be able to do this. 5 and a half weeks later the ring was ready and it was definitely worth the wait. We are so pleased with the ring, it looks absolutely amazing.

An excellent service from design advice to the finished products. We asked advice regarding my nanas engagement and wedding rings, we were given individual attention and plenty of options as to how to proceed. The result is three brand new beautiful matching rings for myself, my mum and my sister made from the old rings. Highly recommended on every level

The best In the northwest! Had my ancient engagement ring repaired as the diamond was coming loose and I am absolutely delighted with the result. It looks like new! Excellent customer service from Paula, very professional, courteous not pushy at all. I had a braclet repaired and refurbished and it's like new as well as a bespoke ring made for my ruby wedding present. Would highly recommend.
