Rang at 8:00am, put in a queue and given option to call back. Receptionist called me back, I asked for an appointment. I was offered one for 9:00am. Saw the doctor at 9:00am, very pleasant conversation and straightforward advice not rushed at all. Sent prescription through to my Chemist which I picked up on the way home. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks guys.

Haven't had a problem at all, usual wait times that are usual to a GP practice but none of this can be helped. Generally great service.

The doctors and receptionists are as helpful as they can be while under the stress that the nhs is under. One thing that does let them down is the shear struggle to get an appointment. Other than that the doctors seem to care and receptionists seem to be friendly and good at theyre jobs. Dr luckhurst is probably the doctor you would want too if you can request.

Disorganised surgery, wait for phone calls from GP which don't always happen. So hard to get an appointment and when you call in to question why you haven't been called excuses just get made.

I start work before 8am Monday to Friday, so it is a struggle to ring at that time, I have needed a medication review for a while now, and when I ring its always ring at 8am. What about people, who ringing at 8am, is not anappropriate option. Not good enough really, when I only need a 5 minute call from the Dr.

Every single doctor iv spoke to .when needed seeing cuss could not get appointment with my own far the above reson . Have said never heard

I can never get appointment when I ring up at 8am . I’ve tried multiple times to book an asthma review which is overdue 4 months due to getting told there’s no appointment left this month and to ring back next month.

Well where do I start ..... gone away on holiday and seen a doctor (paid) as son has pink eye/conjunctivitis the Medicine has not worked so we rang our doctors an asked him if we could have some drops for his eyes on prescription an someone to collect them ie family member so we can have them on return ... not only to be told that's not how we work take him to hospital when you get back as you chose to go on holiday not that people don't deserve to go on holiday no wonder the clinic is a shambles with staff that can't supply what there there to do for us that pay there wages absolutely joke of a clinic.

Absolutely atrocious. The practice GP's seem to have vanished, obviously prioritising their private work. All you ever get is a call back from an unknown GP. My partner was recently misdiagnosed via a phone call and ended up waiting 10 hours in A&E, before being admitted with internal bleeding

Never have I known a doctors that doesn’t book appointments in advance. You have to call at 8am in the morning which by that point about 50 other people are calling and then your stuck in a que to be told there are no more appointments for the day. Be trying to get my son looked at for over a year but keep on getting fobbed of with phone appointments and pictures. I am going to change doctors. The one I used to be registered to before I moved here were the best

Too much hassle. Only phone appointment when you finally get through. How can somebody diagnose over the phone when they don't know you & have never seen you before.
