I hadn’t used I Cycle before but my road bike needed a repair so I phoned and a very helpful young lady said to just drop it in. I did so and found the service there absolutely excellent.
The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They updated me on progress by text and phone and my repaired bike was ready that same afternoon !
I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to others.

After several, very disappointing, visits to mainstream bike shops. One day I happened across I Cycle Electric and what pleasant surprise it was.

The WHOLE team showed a real interest in my e-bike needs and preferences. After six - can you believe it - six test rides on different styles of bike we decided a custom build was the way to go. After a great deal of discussion, the bike was designed and built. It absolutely ticks all the boxes for me and has the BEST paint job that I have ever seen on a e-bike. A really good, no pressure, experience.

If you have any problems with your bicycle, take it to ICYCLE. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Again I've just had a bike fixed there and as always they're on the ball. Make it your 'go to place' for bike things. You won't be disappointed.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, genuinely interested in finding the perfect ride for you. Allowed to try a couple of bikes before settling on my Matto MX-3. Really happy with it and looking forward to getting some miles in.

I've been to many bike shops looking for an ebike. Many male dominated who have been intimidating or patronising and some with a hard sell. Thank heavens I found ICycle. Sarah was fantastic . Me and my partner were able to take out demonstration bikes to test them out on great test route just round the corner. My new bike was ready in 3 days as promised. Brilliant service. Would recommend for anyone who wants to try an ebike.

Professional and friendly team. Time to try out different bikes on quiet roads and hill nearby. Nick knows his stuff and sorted out a good deal to get us set up with two ebikes and helmets, lock, spare inner tubes and even repair kit and levers. The bikes were set up immaculately within 2 days and Sarah and Ian helped us carefully load the car. Good range of stock that's there and waiting - a great experience. Highly recommended.
