I had a great experience with YCC. Kris encouraged me to have several test drives and was very patient and understanding. There was no pressure or pushy sales types, just good honest people. In the end we found the right car for me and I came away a very happy customer. Kris even made me a couple of extra number plates (for towing) which was a nice touch. Thanks guys!

So I have to comment on YCC, I do not mind one bit. I have purchased 2 used cars from them with in a 4 months, any issues I had or experienced with them was dealt with. Morgan was the friendly face I had to deal with, he was a pleasure, proactive to issues and straight.

I must say I am positively surprised. I had booked a car, paid in non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately things went sideways, regardless of my and YCC efforts, which happens sometimes. I couldn't buy a car because of reasons independent from me, I was met with understanding from YCC and efforts to help.
Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. I recommend this company. It is safe to do business with them. They will be my first choice the next time.

I bought a car from YCC. Matt was super patient and helpful when I wanted to so a few other cars. Finally I choose one and paid deposit. All was explained and both sided were happy. On Friday I spoke with Paul who also was very nice. Balance been paid fully on Friday late afteenoon and I get my car on Sunday. 100% satisfied!

I visited YCC after having a terrible time at another garage. Paul was amazing and showed me 4 different cars for my daughters 18th. Paul helped me sort out the finance and kept in touch with updates through the MOT and valeting and went through all the controls on pick up day. He even called on my daughters birthday to see if she liked the car.

I stumbled upon this company on auto trader , they seemed to be the most reasonable priced with the best reviews. I purchased a lovely used Kia sportage: they gave me a generous price for my old car and didn’t try to knock me down on price. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable- not pushy at all; a credit to the company.
When I collected my car it was fully valeted, all documents were together in an envelope including a brand new MOT and Service on the vehicle. Highly recommend this company and so glad I found them after years of using more well known garages who try and pull the wool over your eyes and offer you pittance for your old car. Recommended to family and friends
