My son needed a car, as his previous car failed on him.
After a lot of searching on the Internet for a car I found one at love cars. But we also found a little hidden gem car dealer, 100% recommend love cars, bethany was amazing, very helpful. We purchased the car and drove it away the same day thank you so much, we are very happy. It was definitely worth driving 100 miles to love cars. Xx

We decided to shop local for our new car, called at Love Cars and I was very glad I did. They have a good selection of top quality vehicles are very reasonable prices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful I didn’t pressurise you into buying a car. Bethany in office was very helpful In arranging for us to test drive cars, advising on car breakdown cover, taxing the new car & sorting all the paperwork for our old car. We love our new car, it’s a top quality vehicle that been well looked after.

This is my 2nd experience at love cars as I had bought my previous car from here,
I went back to love cars wanting a bigger car due to having a baby, I seen to it online and had a call from Craig in regards to my application, he went explained everything in regards to what I had to do and made me feel so at ease. I then arranged an appointment with Beth to arrange to go and see the car and fill in the paperwork. Craig and Beth both made me very welcome and was very professional in explaining everything to me and getting me the best deal. I part exchanged my car and it was so straight forward they sorted everything out for me and just within a few days I walked away with my new car which I love. Beth always kept me up to date with what was happening which made me feel better knowing I knew what stage the application was at. They are both so lovely and welcoming, I never felt pressured into anything. Getting a new car has never been so easy as they made sure I had my free breakdown cover and sorted me my warranty so I am fully covered which made me so happy. After having a really bad experience with another car dealer I found another one at lovecars better spec lower mileage and a lower price.
I went to view the car in the evening and was a bit late but Craig and Bethany had waited for me.
Car was totally as described and in amazing condition.
Once finance had been sorted we arranged to pick up the car but ended up going earlier in the week, car had been given a service check and fluids all topped up and ready to go.
Bethany dealed with all our paperwork ( tax , dvla etc ) and was amazing and quite funny too 😂
We decided we wanted to purchase an extended warranty which for the money was excellent value and covers 3 years for a one off cost or monthly payments which I opted for.
You also receive a basic AA breakdown cover free of charge.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I do recommend them to everyone i know.

Fantastic buying experience - I picked up my new car from Love Cars Ltd last week. I could not view the car in person due to the distance, and being a bit of a perfectionist, wanted to see the car's condition as closely as possible. Bethany and Craig obliged via three video calls and also sorted out some alloy wheel damage. Bethany also collected us from the train station after our early morning flight and bus journey.

The car was prepped and valeted to a very high standard - much better than some cars that I have bought unseen in the past, so even though the car is seven years old, it looked like new. The car also came with a fresh MOT and service.

All the staff at Love Cars were really friendly and I could not wish for a better buying experience.

My partner got our Nissan juke of these guys, the one we initially wanted wasn’t ready so Bethany found us a better one & we absolutely love it. Kept in touch with us until we picked up the car. Really friendly, polite staff that know what they’re talking about. Car is in perfect condition. Would highly recommend these guys & if we need a car in future we know where to come.

Bought our new family car from Lovecarsltd this week and they were absolutely amazing with us. Everything was done online or over the phone as we live in Sunderland but Bethany who we dealt with made this such an easy decision and process. I couldn't recommend Love Cars enough as they are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Tracey helped me to find the best finance agreement possible, helped me get a good part exchange deal, and would keep in regular contact during the whole process. She also sent me extra photos of my new car by WhatsApp before I came to see it, which I really appreciated. I am really happy with my new Mini and will definitely go back to Love Cars in the future.

Can not recommend Love Cars Ltd enough, we had our car break down in the morning. After a little look online we found a Ford Focus on the website and Went to look at it, it wasn’t right for us but Beth found the car that was, we filled all the paperwork out and picked it up the next day, less than 24 hours from breaking down to getting in our new car. Thank you Beth and Love Cars Ltd. We will be back for our next car 🙂
