Drs Jacobs and Raffi

I have been a patient here for about 18 months after moving in to the area. The receptionists / doctors have always been great when the children needed an appointment and that is very reassuring as a parent. A couple of weeks ago after an initial telephone appointment, I had a face to face appointment with Dr Khan. I can’t understand the bad reviews, my experience was the complete opposite to what I have read. He was thorough, caring and wanted to try and reassure me. I have since had a follow up appointment and again found him extremely understanding. My husband and I have also both had an appointment with Dr Uddin who was again really friendly and helpful. I am really pleased with everyone we have dealt with at this surgery since we joined.

Luckily I haven’t needed to visit the Drs very often . However, recently due to a health condition have found it necessary to do so. I thought I would find it difficult to get an appointment but on the two occasions I contacted the surgery I was fortunate and was seen the same day. During both visits I was listened to carefully and a treatment package was worked out. My symptoms have improved but through discussion know what will happen next . During the space of a few weeks I have already had blood tests etc and haven’t needed to wait too long. A fabulous service and would totally recommend this panel of Drs . Thank you

I moved to Dr Jacobs and Raffi’s Practice after being badly let down by my previous Practice. The Practice is extremely professional, caring, and shows great attention to detail. Reception are amazing and highly professional - none of this ‘Dragoness’ that seems to have become the fashion at other Practices. I’ve been in a position where their attention to detail has given my life back to me. Can’t speak highly enough of this Practice.

This is, beyond any doubt, the most excellent and best Drs practice I have ever experienced...the drs are professional, knowledgable, and actually listen to you....very reassuring. The reception staff are also excellent, efficient, and go the extra mile to assist where necessary

Dr Raffi is a great man, Any time I had an appointment the attention is the best.

Although routine appointments can take a while as any in other doctors, you can book online and when I've seen the doctors they are attentive, friendly and care about you. One of the better doctor's surgerys I've been to.

Dr jacobs and dr raffi are great doctors but the receptionist was so rude! I dread calling the doctors because I know she will answer. The left side of my face is droopy I’ve been worried to make an appointment and after first being told 2 weeks away is the best they can do and then now being told to call back tomorrow I am beyond upset.

I have rang the up for an appointment 6 times in the last 2 days, the phone has been off every time.

Rude receptionist who do not take ownership for mistakes. Dr Khan is a rude obnoxious doctor who speaks over women and tries get a rise out of you by being rude with his words and tone of voice. He has no people skills/bedside manner, does not care about his patients mental health and well being. Every time he has had an interaction inregards to myself or my child there has been an issue in some form. Will be using every avenue make a complaint and so disappointed I feel I may need a new doctors

Dr Khan is a rude, terrible excuse for a Doctor. Do not use, my partner has been treated like dirt by this "man" on multiple occasions, and judging other reviews on here about him she isn't the only one.

Do yourself a favour mate, open your own surgery and see how you get on instead of riding the coattails of the professional Dr Jacobs and Dr Raffi. You wouldn't last two weeks. No one likes you and no one would even bother if you opened your own place. You're a laughing stock

Your just a number.. my doctor, just seems like he doesnt care at all.. poor care
