Dr Baghdjian & Dr Jacobs Surgery

Lovely receptionists and excellent medical care. I have been with this surgery for many years, and the care my family and I have received is brilliant. My parents moved into the area a few years ago, and they are also very happy with the care they receive.

I have been seeing Mrs Kneale for a few months now and have felt very well looked after, compassionate, conscientious and thorough are the words I would choose. She has helped me to the point that she has changed my life for the better, no exaggeration. Many thanks.

Reception staff are so rude, got told by Urgent care to ring them and make an appointment for in 3 days as my son needs reviewing by the Dr for the medication he's been given! Got told rudely that they can't prebook appointments, only on the day emergency appointments, so I told her what I'd been told to have her put the phone down on me. Also the phone system there is diabolical waited for over 10mins in que position 1 then it just rang through and No1 answered rang back to be position 7 and still didn't get through. Also sick of receptionists being so nosey all the time, I want an appointment i shouldn't have to give them all the ins and outs of why i want one. Maybe it's time for some new staff.

Rude reception staff, unhelpful all the time. Waiting times are ridiculous - waited 1 hours and 10 minutes after my apt time when I was due back at work. Told I was next and 4 other people went in before me to same gp. Fuming new surgery now.

I have got an appointment for 4 weeks time then contact me today to cancel appointment because doctor not available 👎

Just spent 35min on hold in cue position 1 and then they put the phone down on me.
