Ash Tree House Surgery

I have recently moved doctors due to location and my goodness, Ash Tree put my old doctors to shame!!
Something I was told there was an 8 months waiting list at my old doctors has been instantly actioned here. The receptionists, Nurses and Doctors are friendly and knowable but best of all they care and want to do their best for you.

For anyone looking for a doctor’s practice in the Freckleton / Kirkham areas. Would be best to chose Ash Tree House. I have been in Freckleton a year now but searched for best reviews on doctors practice. After a emergency to hospital and coming out of there worse than I went in, I contacted the doctors. The care I have been given there is outstanding. From the receptionists to the doctors. They have made sure I spoke to a doctor the same day or the doctor has contacted me back to have face to face, going through everything that I required. Nothing was too much trouble.
I am over the moon with this care and attention at Ash Tree House. Don’t put up with not being able to speak to a doctor, because this practice will give you the best.

Despite the measures that the Covid restrictions have added to our services, Ash tree house remain fully open for business. The triage system the surgery operates works very well and is effective in delivering great care when needed. Despite the social distancing, the ability to be seen face to face by a GP on the same day, is available to support in diagnosing and treatment. I have always found the GP's to be supportive and understanding. Despite the limited appointment time slots, I have never felt hurried or not listened to, this adds to my confidence in the practice.
The nurses are all wonderful, their kind thoughtful approach, support and care have further added to my 5 star rating, I recently saw Debbie, whose expert Phlebotomy skills gave me a fully painless experience, their manner was friendly, understanding and they presented as fully knowledgeable in their field.
I'd like to also mention the reception staff, secretary's and the admin ladies and pharmacy team we don't get to see, the repeat prescription service operated at Ash Tree works exceptionally well, the times I've required assistance in the choose and book service or updating information has been smoothly actioned and executed. I recommend this surgery to anyone moving into the area, my experience and care from Ash Tree House has been fab and I can't thank the staff enough for their continued excellent service.

After all my traumatic issues and after loosing faith in the medical field towards investigating my condition I must say ash tree house surgery has gone above and beyond to help me with finding the root problem to this ! Fantastic practice 😀, all reception staff, nurses and doctors Ive dealt with over the last 4 years have been professional, helpful and friendly. The triage nurse Leah I spoke with to today has gone above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing practise, and staff are there 24/7 pretty much to listen to all concerns and to act appropriately, such as when needing referrals or medications at all times.

Brilliant Drs Surgery and the nurses are wonderful. Would highly recommend this Drs to anyone looking to move surgery.

Everything a good community practice should be; the values of the traditional family GP are very much alive and well here. As a patient I am always made to feel like a person and not just a statistic, an illness or a condition.
