Took a bit of time to find a member of staff, but in fairness it was lunchtime. First guy did say he wasn't the right advisor, but he was polite, and showed me the displays while the dash cam lady came. She was very knowledgeable, gave me the advice I needed, and booked in my fitting.
Would recommend......so far!!

Fabulous service at my 11am appointment today. A young store colleague explained each step of the 10-point check and was polite and well-mannered throughout. I was really pleased with the whole process and wanted to say a massive shout-out and thank you!

Honestly, Halfords is an incredibly reliable place where you can purchase high-quality bikes that come with amazing offers and discounts! I bought my mother a bike as a present and it cost £220, and I was thinking of not buying it, but I waited a few weeks and an awesome discount of 35% off has appeared on all bikes, perfect timing! I also got an offer of 25% off when trading your old bike in which I have taken advantage of.

Liam was amazing!!! Really helpful and helped me get my headlights changed so quickly in the horrible weather!! Will definitely be coming back to the store after the customer service I got today

Excellent service as always and genuine advice . They never make you spend unnecessarily. I like Halfords and the motoring club is a must for all to join with lots of benefits and perks too. The team is great in Blackburn giving you a one to one every time

I have had many, many attempts at getting a brake light changed for my mini convertible. It seemed to be the job that nobody could do, a few garages said it was fixed and I drove away with it still not working. Stephanie and Zubair have finally sorted it out for me, very polite, even though it was a tricky job. Thank you very much!

I went Blackburn Halfords to day looking to buy a Dash cam. I spoke with the manager. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a Next base . It will be fitted early January. I was very happy and impressed with the help I received . Thank you.

Excellent service, my bulb holder was proving very difficult to refit because of an alignment issue but the technician went the extra mile to sort out the problem.

I took my Nextbase front and rear dash cams out of my old car.
Halfords ordered me a new hard wiring kit which Conor fitted very neatly and efficiently.
I had a free health check which also provided me with a £5 voucher.

I’m giving these five stars entirely to the wonderful female worker with the rainbow nails and fantastic knowledge, help and application of all of the above at Blackburn Halfords. Visited today with my daughter to buy a car seat for my grandson. Knew which seat we wanted after reading reviews and doing my research. The lady who helped us went through a fitting demonstration with us. She was really clear, really thorough and obviously very knowledgeable about the product.
