What a great venue for bands, fantastic Landlord and staff and awesome crowd.

Great place to go and enjoy a good pint of beer, l recommend anyone to get out and enjoy a good quiet night out, the people who are in, are friendly and helpful, just like the bar staff, not to be missed...

The most welcoming cosy pub with the friendliest staff. All the locals look out for each other. Great bands on at the weekends. All my friends from around the UK love it here!

Great selection of ales, changed weekly or so.
Landlord and landlady are fantastic, always welcoming.
Best juke box in town, atmosphere is always on point. Locals are all lovely and conversation is never dull.
Best pub in Oswaldtwistle by a country mile.

Was playing pool in local league, staff and other customers very welcoming, pub exactly what a village pub should be, super clean and well presented bar.

Would happily pop in when out walking the pooch for a gill

Brilliant pub, great prices, decent music and often have bands on at weekends, lovely bar staff and landlord, very dog friendly - don't think we could ask for much more!

A good selection of beer, served in a traditional and friendly pub.
This pub still has many of it's beautiful original deco and furniture, including, solid wood doors, Cast iron tables, dado rails etc.
Well worth a visit.

Nice local pub,bar staff excellent, also very polite, drinks also very reasonable in price.

The decoration is warm and welcoming.
On the Matt Shaw beer googles rating it deffo gets top marks.

Absolutely the best pub in Lancashire, brilliant atmosphere, brilliant staff, good group of locals and good bands, dog friendly with treats behind the bar that they let you eat it you tell them you identify as a dog

Proper good pub. Landlady is sound, landLord is also sound. Landlady helped clean my hands once when I was drunk and had kebab everywhere . Very kind. Landlord looks like ossy version of Jason Mamoa but not on steroids and without a beard and not famous. Overall top place. Would.

Cosy pub. Good prices, live music on Fridays.
Update:- brilliantly run under Jordan. Covid safe in these worrying times. No need to worry in here. They have everything under control. Clean as a whistle, table service, outside space, one in one out toilets and a friendly smile.
