Arnold Clark Car and Van Rental, Preston

Me and my colleague have used Arnold Clark many times for our company in the past few months. We always speak to Sophie to manage our bookings. She is very kind and polite. She is very professional and helpful. Not a bad word to say!

NARMAAN at Preston was so helpful. He was very clear, precise, and helped us find the best car for our trip to Wales. We had to go to three different dealerships to find one that took drivers under 25. This place was so refreshing after so much trouble the whole day. Worth the drive out of Liverpool. We found ourselves in a dilemma on a Friday and Sophie at Arnold Clark at the Preston branch was our saving grace. She was very helpful and promptly sorted us a hire car. Couldn't ask for better service and would say she went that extra mile for us. Very friendly and helpful lady, would highly recommend their service.

We arrived at the rental office at 5:25 PM . 5 minutes before closing because a long drive in snarled traffic. Sophie was so nice to welcome us in and handle our checkin. She mentioned that the trains were striking the next day and we were scheduled to take the train. Sophie helped us early the next morning to re rent the van for the next days trip to London. When we arrived in London we were warmly welcomed by the staff there. Arnold Clark deserves all the 5 stars given.

Megan at Preston branch was extremely helpful, offering advice and suggestions on a busy bank holiday weekend (where trains to London were not available, and most other hire companies were ‘closed’) which helped me to manage booking and return to a different branch.
