Village Hotel Watford

I came here for a date with my boyfriend and the service was top notch. The server Maria was very welcoming and very helpful. She made sure that the food was delivered on time and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Thanks to her my boyfriend and I had a really nice time and a good overall experience.

I chose this place because of the positive feedback from my friends. I really liked everything, from the comfort of the rooms to the pleasant and friendly service. I especially want to mention the bar and Alex on it. I was well served and had a very warm and pleasant conversation. I will definitely come back here again

What a fantastic Hotel.. could not fault anything Top service. lovely food ..and amazing staff.we came for 3 nights. to visit Harry Potter universal studios..my Daughter loved it ..would highly recommend village hotel Watford. Will definitely be Back !!

I travel a lot for work purposes but this has got to top all the places I have stayed at. Very comfy bed, amazing facilities, breakfast was superb. Absolutely wonderfully managed and great staff, will definitely be back!

Came to dine to the village to try a new place, had a very warm welcome by the staff in the restaurant and the food had amazing options, the Chicken Kiev is one of the best dishes I must say. I was offered plenty of drinks options and explained what goes with what so me and my friends had a great time , our server Maria I believe offered us drinks and took care of us throughout the whole meal and stay, she was so friendly and quite unique compared to the other staff , the only disadvantage was the heat inside which she said she is unable to control but it was manageable, we will definitely come back!

Came here just for a short break at the weekend and couldn’t recommend it enough. Clean rooms and quick, friendly service especially by Maria in the restaurant who was attentive, friendly and accommodating to both me and my husband who are both gluten free. I had to personally ask for her name as she made sure it was a pleasant experience for us both. Definitely will be returning!

My family and I visited the hotel for a few days and were impressed by the services on site. The front house staff were very friendly and approachable. We needed some help with the checkout and Kristin was very polite to assist us. We will be back soon!

The stay as a whole was impeccable. Clean and tidy rooms. Highly attentive staff and management. Nothing was too much to ask for! Would definitely recommend for those looking for a luxury stay!

A Fun, lively hotel. The leisure facilities and Staff are great. A heated pool, and brand new gym equipment! Couldn’t recommend more.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel, especially at starbucks the staff were so kind and helpful. A lady called Alexis served me and helped me decide what drink to get and made my day easier. I would definitely come back here.

I have been coming to the village for a few years and I have to say that it is the best place to come if you want to have an enjoyable time with friends. We come every Friday and have never failed to have a good experience. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure we are having a good time. Adam and Maria especially on the bar have known us for a while and always welcome us in with open arms. They serve everyone with a smile and are always cheery and happy to see us.

The management never disappointed, I have been coming to the village quite few times. their staff and professionalism is always impressive. I would visit again and again. thank you once again for your service

Beautiful hotel and the staff were incredible. So happy and helpful. Food was lovely too. We ate there for our evening meal and breakfast and items were only left because we were so full. I would definitely come back here again.

Weekly visit for food and the service is amazing, most days we are welcomed in by Maria and she absolutely always speaks to us and engages with us, we can see how she she engages with everyone with a Smile on her face, I must say she s amazing for this place. Best football matches are always shown and the atmosphere is great.

Amazing evening with my friends watching the darts in the restaurant,great service offered by all workers, quick and efficient service. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and so are staff with special thanks to Maria. I’ve dined at the Village several times and have never been disappointed it’s truly a must-visit destination for any sports and food lover.

The services by Ms Manisha and Mr Akash in the Pub & Grill are excellent. They are very helpful and very attentive to detail. Always with smile. This is our first time to visit and we’re very pleased with the experience. Definitely will come again with my friends and other family members
