Nice hotel with some intresting twists in how it's laid out!
The room was not massive, but well laid out with good facilities.
Breakfast was good, and there were lots of choices. Dinner I used room service and was limited but was delivered quickly.

Staff are really friendly and willing to go that extra mile to help.

Had a party booked here. Honestly, I had a really pleasant experience with the staff. Especially Roxana and Mike behind the bar, they were absolutely amazing. Had to put up with my demands all night, but happily helped out all every time. You guys are the best!

Lovely hotel in Watford. Very clean, excellent service and the breakfast was perfect. We were there for the Harry Potter tour, however hotel is far away and you need to make own arrangements to get there. Other than that a lovely stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms, and the staff made us feel welcome and helped us with all our needs and questions. What more could you ask for a reasonable price for such a hotel? Lovely.

Clean hotel with nice staff. Room was extremely large. House keeping was quick and patient. The breakfasts had many options depending what you’re looking for, food was nice and tasty.

Th hotel is huge. You are welcomed by a nice, clean entrance, with the hotel bar close by.

The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. The have helped many times with my questions and future planning arrangements.

There is a gym at this location too. Although I haven't used it yet.

The restaurant is open until 9pm of an evening. There is a room service menu and there are some items that are available 24 hours. The items include a pizza, a salad as well as some desserts.

I really enjoy the breakfasts in the morning. An all you can eat buffet breakfast. Serving hot food, cereal, bread with cold meat and cheese. You have plenty of choices with drinks too. Coffee (including latte, americano, mocha etc) at varying strength, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice and water.

My wife went there for a Christmas party with her NHS colleagues, and she had a fantastic time. She said the food was delicious and the music from all culture was superb. She danced the night away.

Amazing stay with outstanding customer service. Only thing is needs some renovation for the exterior of the building, especially the windows. Room was very noisy from nearby road due to old windows.

Very pleasant stay, stuff was very friendly and very good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely, I will stay there again.

We stayed here as part of a trip to Harry Potter World. Check in was smooth, with a welcome cookie for us all. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because we were at the front of the hotel facing the busy road - which was noisy day and night. I am sure if you have a room away from the road you would have a 5 star room. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning was as good, with lots of choice. The waitress in the morning even filled out water bottles with iced water for our day at Harry Potter.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, plenty of parking space, a nice breakfast and the great service I'm used to from Hilton. The hotel is also conveniently located just outside of ULEZ territory. Overall I can't fault the hotel in any way.

Everything is great but the showers don't have enough water pressure for my liking. The restaurant serves some of the best burgers.

Really great hotel. Was perfect for our needs. We stayed here as part of a Warner studio tour package

without Roxanas great hospitality and hands on management in tough situations, our night could've taken a really difficult turn. thanks to her, she single handedly managed to save our evening and be nothing short of professional during the entire event

The rooms are nice and clean. Spacious if you are using for dayuse as I did.

10/10 for our visit in WB Studios. We got reservation package with Harry Potter Studio Tour tickets from Holiday Extras. We received warm welcome with cookies for everyone. Room was super clean, with comfy beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast is tasty with good coffee from Jura machines - good choice of meals for everyone. Staff seems to be highly motivated to make sure your stay goes well. Parking is free. I'd definitely book this hotel again.

Mary in the restaurant was wonderful very attentive and professional. Nothing was too much for her. A lovely experience.

This hotel is the home of every family. Very quite, clean and lovely. The team is very professional and accommodating. You feel like you are the only guest in the hotel. The parking lot is available and the breakfast is full of options. The rooms are spacious and clean like new. Thanks for the team; especially Mr. Mohammad Najm for his warm welcomes and generosity.

I had the pleasure of staying over and also having dinner with a couple of clients this week. The service is very attentive and personable, very clean and new hotel facilities throughout with good meeting rooms. I used a small meeting room for the day. Very impressed with the pork chops meal and the srilankan curry, all the food was excellent to be honest, great restaurant ambience, our waiters Charlie and Kerry were fab!. Will be a regular client dinner place for me.
