After turning up from a 7 hour journey all the way from London I went to my B&B where they didn't answer, so I called them, no answer. It was 9.30pm and I was shocked. So I jumped in a taxi and they took me to the Maple Lodge to which I had a very warm welcome from the owner. They didn't have any rooms for me but they assisted me in getting a room, even took me there and waited to make sure I was ok. This is the hospitality I miss about Blackburn & am very looking forward to moving back. Check this place out its worth while!
