Gossoms End Surgery

I have been a patient of this surgery for many years and am very satisfied. I don't have any problems with getting appointments or speaking to somebody when needed. The Doctors and reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly and queries sorted out promptly. All in all, a positive experience.

I have been patient of this surgery for the past a few months and my experience is really great here. I am cancer patient and whenever I needed any medical advice or help that had been provided at priority basis which is commendable. I appreciate the hard work, dedication and professionalism of entire staff.

Gossoms End Surgery is a fantastic community GP in all areas the reception is welcoming and informative and the level of GP care and advice is class.

I’ve been going to Dr Ojo at Gossoms end surgery for a long long time now.He always go above and beyond for you. I can always get a telephone appointment on the same day if I ring at 8am.

Dr Ojo is always very helpfull, and considerate.He shows compassion, and never rushes to answer your concerns.He explains any information in an easy to understand manner. Never have a problem getting an appointment, either face to face or telephone,

I have been a patient at Gossoms End Surgery since Dr Ojo and his team took over the practice many years ago . Be aware that many of the reviews left here are put here in error because the building is a shared health facility including a separate GP surgery - Rothschild House - and other ancillary health service provision such as podiatry, retinal eye screening etc which are totally unrelated to Dr Ojo's Gossoms End Surgery.
Over the years I have had nothing but superb service at the surgery over a variety of medical issues - always dealt with compassion, empathy and good humour. I trust Dr Ojo implicitly based upon his experience as a doctor plus my own experience of his treatment of me during this time. In my opinion he cares deeply about delivering the best care he can give and as a result I consider myself very fortunate to have the services of such a capable and professional doctor available to me.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr O'Jo today which was received within the given time scale. I do have a few health issues, but felt that I had time to discuss them all.
I have been with this practice since it first opened and can honestly say that the dr's, nurses and reception staff have all been absolutely brilliant.

If found it very easy to book an appointment on the NHS app and I was attended to very well for the concerns I had.

Wonderful care by Doctor OJO and physician assistant Aneka. Both have given me care and support and I feel all of my needs have been expertly managed .thank you Gossoms End

The doctor listened very closely to my problem and was very sympathetic. He suggested a path forward which i was very pleased with.

Dr Lola brilliant doctor always ask if she’s available

Dr Lola and Dr Ojo are outstanding doctors and people as a whole. They always listen sincerely to any issue you may have and they go out of their way to provide you with the best care possible. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been with the surgery for over 7 years and they have been always very kind and helpful. A few months ago I had my smear test with Jackie - which was possibly the easiest and most comfortable procedure I ever went through despite my nervousness.
She was very professional and took my concerns very seriously and refereed me straight away for further examinations to make sure I was ok. It was like talking to a friend. I cannot thank them for everything that they done for me over the years.

I cannot understand the reviews posted by other reviewers as I have nothing but praise for Gossoms End. Receptionists are efficient and very helpful. I can get appointments very easily and promptly both online and over the phone. Both doctors are very skilled with wide experience, listen and give sound advice, are prompt in booking further investigations if deemed advisable, do not rush you during consultations, are very aware of patients' medical histories and the clinic's ongoing monitoring services are also very good. I am very happy with the services provided and thankful that they are my GPs.
Negative comments I have read on this platform describe a situation that I do not recognize at all.

I am editing this review to add more information concerning the so called "Heart Health Evaluation" that I have recently had with with the nursing Sister, Jackie. What a delightful conversation it was, with a thoroughly professional and caring practitioner, who was utterly unhurried and who clearly explained every step of the process; thank you.

I am unsure why this surgery has had such bad reviews. My experience has always been excellent. This is a professionally run practice with helpful admin staff and competent doctors and nurses. I have nothing but praise for this surgery and have always been able to get an appointment.

Lovely practice with really caring staff. I am very grateful to be a patient here and always leave feeling heard. Dr Ojo is very proactive and Dr Lola is reassuringly calm.

Always great service and quick turn-around. Highly recommended.
