I rang Darryl mid morning because we couldn't lock our back door (not too surprising as it was fitted 30 years ago). He told me he could come about 4.30pm as he was carrying out a job for someone else until then. He arrived as promised and fitted a new lock complete with 5 keys. He also told us the locking mechanism would need further work in the future but that he would send a quote for the work. I agreed and hopefully we won't need to ask him to call at short notice next time. Darryl was very pleasant and left no mess whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him to friends & family.

Locksure recently replaced the internal locking mechanism and handle of my front door. It wasnt straightforward as the door is now some twenty years old. They persevered though, in the search for a replacement and took all the time required to do an excellent job despite the odd challenge. Lost my keys Saturday night got home gone 11pm searching my bag no key had to go to my mates and knock them up…. Stupidly it was my only key, I had no choice but to call a locksmith. I called loads but to no avail I rang locksure and they answered straight away. They were at my apartment within 30 minutes.
