Premier Inn Preston Central hotel

You always know what you're going to get when you book at Premier Inn; food mattresses, nice breakfast and a clean environment. The service is always good too, however this one was made even better by Sue, one of the staff members. Every morning in the restaurant I was greeted by Sue with a smile and a lovely welcome. Thanks Sue!

Welcoming and amazing friendly staff went above and beyond my expectations for a Premier inn. 10/10 for service. From the front of house, bar staff and chefs. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

First time here, easy local parking and even overlooked the car park from their restaurant
The staff, VERY FRIENDLY & very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating - they made the 3 day stay more enjoyable
Food, very good, brekkie and the restaurant evening meals were great, very good value if you do the offer too
Room service, just as good although a mix up on when it was ready so not as hot as it could have been

What a delight, my wife and I were really taken back by the homely hospitality given by the staff. No problem was to big and the effort given was wonderful. Slept really well, in the comfortable bed. The breakfast was a joy, we were served by “Sue” and she was perfect in providing us with our ultimate breakfast request. We can not wait to return. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect.

Brilliant visit, Sue was brilliant at breakfast, she was always helpful and understanding, always made me a hot chocolate in the morning for breakfast.

Had a one night stay, staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious, again staff extremely helpful and happy to help with anything needed.

Excellent value for money.

Stayed over on Christmas Day night and it felt really special. Staff were kind and we felt tended to. Christmas card was in our room on arrival.

Breakfast was tasty and well worth it.

Great stay at this hotel. Location is brilliant, right in the centre of the city.
All the staff were polite and very very helpful.
Slept like a baby their beds and pillows are the BEST!!!

Would reccomened this hotel as it was decently priced. The bedroom was a lovely size, the shower was amazing with the 2 in 1 soap in the shower smelling and feeling nice. The breakfast was delicious, nice and hot and you got what you asked for and more. The lifts worked amazing and the staff were lovely and friendly.

My team and I throughly enjoyed our stay very close to town so fab location. Sue who served us for breakfast was amazing, she was very informative and told us that all the food was cooked fresh and it was everyone enjoyed their breakfast. I had a meeting with my team and sat in the foyer until Sue kindly offered us to sit at a table. The lady is so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will be back x thanks Sue you were amazing xx

A decent well run hotel. Helpful staff.

It's a Premier Inn, a budget hotel. It's very clean, doesn't look dated, service is exceptional. The rooms are a decent size, large TV, coffee / tea in rooms, comfy beds, a bathroom / toilet where the extraction fan actually works and doesn't turn off after 30 seconds! Free WiFi, parking close by (I actually parked on the street outside) there is however a car park 30 yards away. It's close to all the shops / parks in Preston. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this Premier Inn was. If you are in the area I would recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Preston. Have used this for years now and staff are excellent, the £10 breakfasts are a good deal too, sets you up for the day. 👍👍

Lovely staff, great room with such a comfy bad! The building has easy access in and out and when commuting it’s easy with a taxi rank outside, great food shops and local eateries surrounding the area & to top off it as a customer the price
for a pint Carling (£3.65) is amazing!
