Had my limiter removed and my van remapped on my ford transit custom. Very happy with the outcome. Very good and efficient service. Answers all questions I had in great detail. Marcin did a great job. Matthew then sorted my reverse camera out and did a great job.

Had a persistent ECU problem and other electrical faults. My garage advised Autolec as the best place to go to get help. Spoke with Marcin who took me through various options and told me what the costs would be.

After a failed MOT due to a fault with my rear fog lamp I was recommended to visit Autolec. I visited the next morning and was met with 2 really friendly people. they were actually able to look at my car that very day and telephoned me at lunchtime to tell me it was ready to collect. When I collected it I was informed of the fault and charged a very reasonable price. I didn't feel like I was ripped off and couldn't fault the 2 people working here. Would recommend highly.

I decided to make the two hour trip to this small company in Huddersfield with my new camper van because I felt they knew what they were talking about and understood what I wanted. They asked all the right questions and explained in detail what was possible before I booked in with them. They were able to give me a quotation without seeing my vehicle and stuck to the agreed figure. A larger company in Leeds expected me to go there and let them see my van before they would even discuss options and prices. Others gave me a glib figure over the phone without asking any questions. The work was done well within the agreed time on the day and Matt spent time explaining to me how my van electrics worked. I can recommend this company to anyone with a camper van.

Just to be transparent, we are in the motor trade and came across Autolec by accident, we had a BMW convertible with a faulty electric roof, and after being quoted nearly £3000 to replace and rectify the fault at the main dealers, we asked around in the trade for someone that could give us a second opinion. We were recommended to Autolec, so after dropping it off there for diagnostics, we were a bit taken aback to be told within 15 mins that it was a minor part that was needed and including the parts and labour, the total bill would come to £110. We have used them since that day and would without a shadow of doubt say that they are one of the most processional and honest companies that we have come across, they deserve to succeed and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brought my car in to have a check on an intermittent fault, they checked the components and fault codes but couldn't find anything and couldn't replicate it, so made no charge and asked me to bring it back if it occurs in future. Fantastic service, refreshing honesty and friendly people. Highly recommended.

We were really impressed with Autolec HD Ltd, right from the initial email enquiry. On the day we took our vehicle in, they were accommodating to the times we could drop off and pick up, and the work was carried out on schedule and to a very high standard - the job was so neat and tidy, we were very impressed with the workmanship. We will certainly be back for future work.

I had a electrical problem with a rear indicator bulb and the rear boot brake light . The work was completed by lunch time and the price was a lot less than I expected. Great service. I will use this company again if the need arises
