I have been taking my BMW 530D to ETL for the last 5 years. Always been happy with the service and advice from Tim.

Tim was amazing sorting out a broken accelerator pedal on my mini at very short notice. Definitely went the extra mile. We were very impressed and delighted! Would highly recommend.

Tim was amazing. He came out and collected me and my BMW 5 series, he knew straight away what the problem was and we were back at his garage within 40 minutes. The part was ordered and I was given a lift home. The following afternoon my car was repaired and I was picked up to collect it. First class service at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend.

Throttle body replacement. Diagnosed the fault accurately for us and replaced the faulty throttle body quickly too. Recovered car from an RAC garage as well. Great job and fair price. Will definitely be using again even though they’re 8 miles drive away from our home. Glad to find a trustworthy garage that does what they promise to do.

The water pump failed on our 3 series when we arrived in Chertsey for a weeks holiday. I phoned ETL on Tuesday morning and spoke to Tim after reading the reviews posted here. I dropped the car off hoping to get it fixed before we were due to leave on Friday. Tim phoned on Tuesday afternoon to say the pump had been changed and the car was ready for collection. What a relief. Great friendly service and value for money in my opinion. It's Friday today and just checked fluid levels as advised, all good. I cannot praise the service I've been given enough, it would be easy to rip me off as we're not local but the service received was excellent. 5 stars all day everyday.

My X3 reversing camera suddenly started showing upside down. Tried a couple of local Berry BMW dealers and they both said leave it with them all day at unknown cost. Saw ETL’s positive reviews and took it there and it was fixed in 15 mins. Glad to have an alternative to the BMW dealership mafia.

Blown away by Ian’s service. Called at 3pm on a Friday afternoon with suspected split expansion tank. Drove to Ian and then was shocked to have him appear at my door step at 7pm with my BMW fixed! Incredible service and he will now be my go to BMW specialist. Highly recommended. Thank you

Excellent service and a great job from Tim. Picked my car up and very quickly sourced and fitted a new driveshaft for much less then others quoted me. Sorted a few other bits at the same time including new rear brake pads. Swift service and excellent value, take your BMW or Mini here.

Tim managed to repair my BMW 5 series speedometer at a very competitive price despite being told elsewhere that it must be replaced saving me hundreds of pounds. The work was done to a high standard and with a life time guarantee. I have no hesitation in recommending ETL.

I found this company on Google and called them up due to their multiple 5 star reviews and they have completely lived up to their reputation. They were really friendly and helpful - I have recently purchased a BMW and requested them to do an overall check on it. They cleared up every one of my worries and gave me so much information for the future of the vehicle. I would 100% recommend these guys and I look forward to using them again in the future! :)

Great service! My old car needed some care after more that 10 yrs in a garage. They recovered the car at home and delivered it fixed at the time agreed. 3 months later the car would not start and Tim came back home to start it at no cost. He even followed me to the petrol station to make sure I’d be OK. Tim goes above and beyond what’s expected. Many thank Tim!

The team at ETL serviced my Mini JCW quickly and professionally. They sourced Brembo parts for half the price of a dealer. They slotted my car in over a weekend and offered me a replacement car I it didn't need it, nice to be offered though.
Yesterday my engine management popped up, Tim and Hayden were able to fix my car to drive for the day. Within 24 hours the replacement was delivered and broken pipe replaced.
Would definitely recommend to any BMW or Mini owner!

Took my F10 for service. Tim offered me his car so I could go home and get some work done rather than hang out at the garage. When the car was ready he phoned me. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the excellent customer service. His charges were quite reasonable too. Would highly recommend!

Release bearing went on my e92, took it in the following day and confirmed it was the release bearing. Tim informed me upon inspection that the flywheel was also on its way out and that got changed too. Had the car back the next day absolutely faultless. 10/10 service - Tim is a lovely honest guy and I will be taking my car to him for any future faults.

I took my wifes Mini Cooper in for an battery change, The Customer Service I received was excellent and I must say that Tim has a full Technical knowledge of the workings of BMW products.
All went well and I would highly recommend Tim and his team.

I dropped my BMW X5 off yesterday evening for a service and revived a loan car to get me home. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Tim ended up finding a few things wrong with the car that were easily fixed. Such as brakes being relatively low etc. Fitted genuine parts.

It was finished this morning and was dropped to my house as soon as he was available.

Needed an electrical fault in my bmw's front roof lights corrected quickly. Tim could not have been more helpful - including discussing other technical issues with me - despite me intruding on his busy schedule. I would therefore like to recommend Tim's business to others.

Tim was great, a real gentleman, and a good guy (and yes he is a mechanic). He picked up my BMW car on his tow truck, gave me a loan car and got to the bottom of my car issues that included 4 petrol injectors and a timing chain! Sensible price considering the expense of these parts alone! Tim’s class and experience sets him apart from the rest. BMWs tag line of ultimate driving machine should be changed to ultimate driving nightmare! I would not hesitate recommending Tim and his expertise, who made this particular nightmare a little more bearable for me! Thank you

ETL replaced, Auxiliary belt, Water pump drive pulley, battery, front discs and pads on my daughters 2nd gen Mini at a competitive price, service was second to none... you get main dealer service without the price tag. Also fixed my wife's Mini bonnet catch which was stuck, Tim did it on the spot, can you imagine the main dealers doing that? If you want a professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic outfit, then look no further A*****
