I contacted the carpet doctor explaining I was looking for a kind and trustworthy company to clean my grandparents carpets in my absence.
Lee was fantastic, he told me he would go himself and he was used to receiving calls from concerned family members.
Lee treated my grandfather with kindness and respect, making sure he knew what was happening at all times.
Lee sent photos to keep me updated on the situation at all times and confirmed when they had both started and completed the task.
The carpets were beautiful once completed and I was very happy to see the high quality work on my return.

The 1st two photos are before and obviously the rest speak for them selfs I’m Absolutely over the moon with the end results of my settee, it looks brand new again I highly recommend these guys customer service and quality of end results are exceptional I wouldn’t go anywhere else 10/10

We had have had Lee in a few times now once for the carpets and and the latest time for a older two seater sofa and a rug. We are really happy with the quality of work and the efficiency and professionalism. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Cheers again!

Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Communication from the start with Lee was informative and timely. My Mother had her 3 piece suite, lounge carpet, stairs and landing cleaned and we are so impressed with the outcome. Lee arrived on time, was extremely polite and left leaving no mess. Use these guys! Really friendly, helpful, great price and arrived early before checking first! But best of all - a great job. Carpets now look as good as new and smell fresh and clean. Even a few 'historic' stains removed. Great people to deal with - look no further!

Brilliant guys did the perfect job! Have been using the same carpet cleaner for years until I recently moved out of the area they do business so to find this business who cleaned up carpet stains from previous tenants and made an old sofa look newish again was amazing they even did my hallway free of charge will definitely be using again for my 6 month to yearly carpet refresh! Very friendly and professional service delivered by Lee and John from start to finish. My mattress and carpet are looking fresh and the steaming process has (hopefully!) killed off any nasty dust mites or other biting critters hiding in my bed. Both Lee and John were happy to answer all my questions during booking and very reassuring about the safety of the treatment spray and cleaning processes used - both in relation to my cat and my wool, loop pile carpet.

Just had my carpet repaired by Jon what an amazing job he has done made cigarette burns disappear and such a lovely guy can't thank you enough

We used this company to clean the carpets in one of our rental properties. We never imagined the results would be as good as they were!! Absolutely amazing ⭐ carpets as good as new and the sofa looks brand new! The lads really know what they are doing, using top of the range equipment. They had different stain remover for different things (removed nail varnish & oil) around the house. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!! 5 star

Lee came to clean our dining room carpet. It was very badly stained and he's done an amazing job. My cream carpets are looking like new again. He was responsive when i made the enquiries and he booked us in within the week. Will definitely be using him again for the rest of the rooms.
