Mr. Yusuf arrived in order to tidy the carpet. Worked very honestly and assiduously. In areas where I wasn't satisfied, he cleaned extra. He is not so much a good worker as a decent person. I was assisting him as well as seeing how he worked. I'm genuinely overjoyed. When he finally asked if I was satisfied, I told him that if I replied no, he promised to finish the job from scratch. To be really honest, I feel content and joyful as well.

I contacted heroes carpet cleaning Preston based I spoke to a woman who transferred me to a lad called Ali . He came out to clean my floor carpet and seats in my car I have used these guys 2 or 3 times now they are very professional and explained what they would be using and how long the process would take he's a chilled relaxed and seems a happy go lucky sole did an amazing job and even sprayed some car cleaning freshener to make the car smell better. 1st time for car used twice for house carpets thanks guys will be pleased to use the company again the other picture of carpet was from and old place I loved front room carpet was dirty as called these and was cleaned n dried within a good hour half

Such a great company! Amazing customer service, got it done within the day like promised. Got all the stains (even ones that have been there for years) and smell out of the carpets without ruining the quality of the carpet. Also the price they quoted was very affordable compared to these other big company’s. And they were super fast too no wasting any time or anything like that. Will definitely be using these lot again if I ever need it cleaning.
