Dorchester Ford

Well, after buying a van with a major engine fault from a private seller a few months ago and taking it into a local repair shop which charged me £1k and it still kept breaking down, I finally took it to ford after a recommendation
The staff there are very experienced and had to buy a new (recon) engine. The price was eye watering, £6k+ which was the only downside, but as it's my business I can claim tax relief. With almost all new components now, it's been running extremely well, enjoyable to drive even.

Their experience is fantastic and replacing the engine in a short space of time was excellent too.

I highly recommend Ford Dorchester, John (I think it's John) & the team will do a great job!

I was on holiday in the area on Thurs 19th and the Adblue warning light came on. I found Dorchester Ford and explained I had no info or the Adblue product and we were 140 miles from our local dealer. Daryl was so helpful, he got the additive and showed me how to fill it.

Saw a Ford Focus Advertised on “auto trader” unhappy with my current car due to size (to big) but not 100% sure on fords either I can officially say after test driving the focus I had to have it.
A few hiccups on picking the car up due to waiting parking sensors.
Overall sales team amazing, ALL staff very friendly, very helpful a welcoming relaxed atmosphere would 100% recommend Ford Dorchester, would buy another car from here.

At the last annual service on my Fiesta the cause of an intermittent fault with one of the retracting side mirrors was traced and the electric motor replaced under warranty. At the previous year's service I had reported this fault to another Ford garage that failed to identify the cause of the problem and remedy it. Efficient and friendly staff.

Friendly staff, took time to explain the work they had done. Fair prices too. Will be back

My prior experience of Ford dealers is unfortunately disappointing, however I have found Dorchester Ford to be very helpful and professional.

As a business owner with a fleet of vans it is always difficult to take them off the road for any time, Dorchester Ford have always turned my vans around quickly, from initial diagnosis to repair.
