Excellent well stocked shop, helpful staff and plenty of parking spaces. Right next to Chesham tube station too. Called in today and have a minor repair done on my sax, while I waited.

Mark and the team at Prozone Music in Chesham are really fantastic. They helped my daughter by fixing her trombone in no time. They are very knowledgeable about both brass and wind instruments and also helped by recommending local music teachers! Great service both on the phone and in person. We’re based in Watford so called before visiting to check if they could sort the problem we had with French Horn. Brilliant help on phone, and lovely service in person allowing our dog into shop and helping show where car park is. Oh and they quickly fixed horn teaching child how to service. The best customer service. Have had brilliant experiences with Prozone previously and so they were the first place I visited on looking for a new cornet mouthpiece. I really didn't know where to start or what I was looking for, but Will chatted me through all of the options and was so helpful and knowledgeable without pushing me to buy. I was going to ask for a new mouthpiece for Christmas but after calling the shop I decided to just buy one myself because I was impatient! Arrived really quickly and I'm absolutely thrilled with it so thanks for the recommendation!! Will definitely continue to use Prozone for everything I need. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Absolutely fantastic service. Prozone are working really hard to make sure you have a safe experience trying out all the amazing horns. Lots of welcome advice, information and a wide selection to test the most professional of players. No request too much of an effort, with a service area to support any instant customization's you require. Cannot recommend highly enough - call them first - they'll post out instruments to trial if you can't leave home at the moment!

Prozone music is simply outstanding. I took my son there yesterday to buy him a trumpet for Christmas and the service was superb. From beginning to end they were an enormous help with encyclopaedic knowledge of the instruments, the manufacturers and their differences in construction. We had a practice room for more than an hour and tried about ten different trumpets. Nothing was too much trouble. I literally cannot imagine how their service and help could have been any better, so equally I cannot imagine going anywhere else. We live more than an hour away but I would travel much further if I had to. Brilliant.

Not only are they fantastic at repairs and servicing, if you need to find the right horn all the staff are dedicated in taking their time to help with descent, honest advice allowing you time to try out as many horns as you like until you find the right one. 5 stars hands down.

Can highly recommend these guys! I have used Prozone music since Will and Tom first started up, they are always helpful and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. I have sent many pupils to them with the knowledge that they will help and guide them to purchase exactly what they need and not what is the most expensive. They always have a fantastic variety of instruments and accessories and are always happy for customers to try what ever they want to.

I cannot rate Prozone Music highly enoough! I was looking to buy a new cornet. From start to finish Will and his team could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Will was 110 per cent helpful on the phone and was really patient while I asked all my questions. Then when I came to the shop there was no pressure, just a lovely quiet room to try out the three models I was thinking of buying. Then when I came back to buy, they traded in my cornet AND price matched on the internet so I paid a lot less than I was expecting. At no point did I feel like the beginner bandsperson that I am and every point I was made to feel like a highly valued customer. I am absolutely loving the Besson BE120 cornet I bought and having this new instrument has made a massive improvement to my band experience.Fantastic experience from start to finish and will definitely be back. Good music shop for brass kit. Wanted a particular mouthpiece and they provided me with about 10 to try out. Also had a practice room to play in. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Recommended.
