Lowndes Park

Been living in Chesham for a few years now. It is a lovely green space with tons of room to roam and once you get up the hill there are great views of the town and in all directions. Lots of friendly people as well walking around saying hi and good morning.

Nice spacious park with zip wire , kids recreation play ground , island walk around to see wildlife and peaceful area for the public to sit back and relax , There is a band parade here with plenty of open space , Council 🚻 toilets available outside of the park that you can use and within Lowndes Park , nice potted plants , shrubbery to attract you to visit , Busy park very close to a main road with pedestrian crossing and a full pathway for cyclists, horses , general public to walk across, Plenty of bench seating available or picnic space

This is a large park with a small lake / pond in the centre of Chesham. The lake has an island which is a haven for the bird life that calls it home. When I visited the park there were Canada Geese, swans, ducks and a variety of smaller birds. The pond is surrounded by a concrete footpath with a good number of benches for those of us who like to watch the world go by!

There are concrete paths to ensure comfortable walking not matter what the weather has thrown at us. There is an enclosed play area and a multi use games area for sports.

There is plenty of space and on a nice warm day this would be a good place for family picnics but no barbecue please.

It does have toilets but I didn’t visit so can’t comment on their maintenance.

Great local park, has a zip line, cycling track for children, basketball court, skateboarding section and a childrens playground with a couple of picnic tables and seating. There are restrooms near the gate at the entrance.

Visited this park today with my two little children. They enjoyed every bit of it. Feeding the ducks was the highlight of today's outing😀

The photos do not do the park justice it was a lovely place to visit. There are lots for the children of all ages a skate park different climbing frames, a place for scooters a zip wire. Worth a visit

Great Park. Nice playground for all ages. There are toilets, close packing and supermarket. Very clean park and an amazing green area.

Beautiful park with plenty of coffee shops and free parking nearby.

Lovely park right in the heart if Chesham. You can park in the very low cost car park, have a nice walk into town and grab a coffee from one of their many coffee shops or a bite to eat and then head over to the park for a nice walk. Plenty of ducks 🦆 and nice play area for the kids of all ages. Will defo visit again.

Nice place overlooking Chesham has a large pond with ducks and geese. Wide range or play areas, skatepark, toilets etc, be nice it there were a little more seating dotted about.

Clean peaceful park. Watch the ducks in the pond or let the kids zip down the flying fox. Always an ice cream van around. Great walks up the hill or cross the road to enjoy teas coffees or pub luches along the high Street.

Beautiful park in central Chesham with Scottows pond at the entrance as you enter. Great place to feed the ducks and see the ducklings this time of year. Nice playground for the little ones along with a zip wire and skateboard ramps for the bigger kids. Nice walk through to the old town too. Recommend!

Great park plenty of space something for all

The sparrows here are a bit on the large side 😉, but a very pleasant place for a stroll.

Great place to go and relax, big enough to find your own quiet space or join in the fun and games. Clean and tidy gardens.

Lovely walks at what is known locally as top park. There are beautiful views over the town. Also, you will find a community orchard and an information board.

Lovely place to have fun with your family.

Big, beautifully planted, lovely views, a stone's throw from the centre of town, borders on AONB, has a large lake, loos, a trendy bandstand and loads to do for kids with play parks, a skatepark, basket ball court, practice road circuit for learner cyclists and acres and acres of open space..Shame about the rats that now live beside the lake.
