Excellent experience! I ordered a watch online and Danny was on hand to assist with every step of the process. He guided me through the measurement/adjustment process so efficiently and in such a friendly manner, he couldn't have been more helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I am not sure what store location that was (Preston or other place), but I made an order online, because I am from Ukraine and everything was perfect. So what I can say that really made me respect this store:
- really fast response and great support (Big thanks to Danny)
- availability of shipping to such countries like Ukraine
- fast shipping, it took 5 days. Usual period 3-5 days.
- real sales and more, there was a lot of small surprises with necklace that i ordered. In addition there was a discount for a next buy.

So, I am happy with such service and my girl is happy with the necklace.

I pre-ordered a limited edition watch in April, today I received the watch and it exceeded all my expectations. The service provided from start to finish has been top drawer, I received regular updates (by phone) and any queries I had were answered immediately, they also sized the watch at no extra cost. Very helpful. I accidentally ordered the wrong watch, and I missed the cut off point for next day delivery. I contacted the store, and they helped me fix my order and I still received it next day, despite ordering it late. Customer service really is 10/10. Thank you again

Not yet received my item due to ordering it on a bank holiday Sunday (and it’s only Monday now) but wanted to comment on what a fantastic personal service I have received so far. I was sent an email , (not an automated one ) letting me know my item would be posted as soon as possible and thanking me for my business during these unprecedented times. When I replied querying something with delivery date I was replied back to to settle my nerves and to ensure me that my gift would be delivered on time. They could of left my email unread til tomorrow with it being a bank holiday Monday but went out their way to reply. Defo wouldn’t of got that service from a beaverbrooks etc! Personal service like that is what sets different companies like this apart & a reason why I would return buy from them now.

Amazing Customer Service! I was trying to buy a watch for my wife's birthday. I initially went to Whittles and tried to purchase a Longines watch. I am an American on vacation in the UK, so I only have US credit cards. When I tried to pay for the watch at Whittles, the purchased was authorized and the machine printed out the signature slip. The assistant told me he couldn't accept a signature, and I had to have a security pin number with the card. I called the credit card company while I was still in the store, the service advisor said I didn't need a pin, and the charge had already been authorized, and the shop already had the money. But the store still refused to accept the card, they refunded the money to my card, and said the only way they would sell me the watch was with a pin credit card or cash. Obviously I don't walk around with 1000 pounds of cash with me! I left the store and was walking back to my car when I saw Peter Jackson's. I walked in and spoke to Emma, I explained the issue I had just had at Whittles, she asked if I had my passport which I did, she looked at my passport and my US drivers license, and said we'll accept a signature. I chose a nice Tissot watch for my wife, and signed the CC slip... simple. One of the very friendly and helpful assistants even gift wrapped the watch for me. A store with 'common sense', who understood my situation, and with fantastic customer service and friendliness were willing to help me. FANTASTIC... Emma and her staff ROCK! If you want a great watch AND great service, buy your watch from Emma!

Brilliant service, great product. Ordered a pair of earrings for Christmas, was slightly worried about delivery times etc. so called to make sure they'd be on time, was told they were offering free 1st class delivery on all orders in the build up to Christmas, regardless of whether 2nd or 1st class was chosen at checkout, and that other than a Royal Mail issue they should be with me in plenty of time - arrived next day, product perfect. Next time I need jewellery I know exactly where I'm going.

Excellent service, Danny Bond went to great lengths to assist with finding a strap for a great watch being sold by them as I have a large wrist. Nothing was too much bother and I am now the proud owner of the watch. Will definitely shop there again.

Easy to shop on line. A great selection of jewelry and watches. Purchased 3 xmas pressies with discount code. Received watches today two days after ordering. Nicely packaged. Been in the shop many times in Bury and Blackburn nice people. Recomend to all. Better than most jewellers.

Extremely good customer service so impressed. Not only did they repair an item of jewellery at a very reasonable price, they posted it out signed delivery free of charge.
