Was surprised at how big it was. Very friendly staff and a lot on offer.

What a gem. The staff here are a credit to Waitrose. The store is a little on the small size but never particularly busy so the overall experience is quite pleasant. The outside of the building could do with a little smartening up, the glass canopy at the front and alley to the side for example. Very well stocked and clean/tidy. Really handy location. Very nice indeed.

The staff are brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The alleyway up the side from the High Street is a bit grubby, but don't let that put you off. The shop itself is always lovely and clean and tidy.

I totally love this place, it might be a bit more expensive but the produce is so much better than the competitors. There are some really nice yogurts and other items that you just can't get anywhere else. The staff here are already super helpful and polite. There is also a nice big car park, which is so underused.

Excellent store with a wide selection of goods. Free parking which is great. Social distancing rules apply, although it was quiet when i visited and there is hand sanitiser available for those who don't carry it. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great supermarket and will be back again.

Lovely cafe, good coffee, huge milkshakes and one of the best bowls of porridge I've tasted. Goldilocks would be very happy here!

Always good to visit. Best customer service, helpful staff and wonderful tahini! Organic salmon is fantastic. Love the place. Seabass fillets excellent too. Their Greek yoghurt is wonderful too.

The staff (Partners) are always very helpful and friendly making shopping a pleasure, especially the young lady (Sara?) on deli, who is always attentive and knowledgeable.
A good range of produce for the size of store, including some excellent wines and beers.

Great, but I want them to bring back Cheesy Balls, (maize snack) I've not had them for at least 20 years. Used to be a Christmas Special, but even they're gone now :(

Lovely shopping experience

So I went In to waitrose today to buy a few things, I then went over to the cake Isle where I was greeted by a lady who was very polite when I enquired about the fresh Victoria sponge cake I explained how I had heard this is lovely the lady said I have heard the same but not tried it she was very nice about it all then I went over to the checkout and a lovely lady called Nicce served me and she also mentioned that she had heard about this cake and not tried it she we then laughed about it and she then said to me it's on the house what a lovely and polite lady. Regardless of the free cake polite people go a long way in my book. And I give waitrose chesham a 10/10 for service.

The service received from Karen today was absolutely amazing & exceptional. She went above & beyond her role to help us today & I just wanted to say a huge thank you. Karen really is a true asset to Waitrose.

As you'd expect, this is the best of the supermarkets in Chesham. There are larger in towns nearby but, for the footprint of the store, Waitrose has the biggest variety and certainly the best quality for your money.
