I have always had a pleasant experience with this Dr's and the 2 appointments I had with ACP Emma in the past week have really gone above & beyond. Emma is a credit to the surgery and she really took the time to get to know me, put my mind at ease over having the implant done and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She allowed me to ask questions if I had any and genuinely listened to any concerns/problems I had regarding my complex history. She really is a breath of fresh air and put my anxiety at ease. Thank you 😊

I had an appointment with Emma. She is such a gem! She explained everything and answered all of my questions as I was a little bit concerned about the contraception. She was very professional but so friendly and accommodating at the same time! Thank you so much Emma! ☺

Had the implant done by Emma and honestly I’m so grateful she was so nice because I am suuuper bad with anything needle or poking in my skin related. She kept the mood light while still being professional which definitely minimised my level of panicking about the whole thing. Really lovely lady :)

I had an appointment with Emma today about an implant. At first I was nervous but she was absolutely lovely and even discussed other options with me in case this ended up not being the best choice for me. She really put me at ease and I couldn’t be more thankful. The appointment went really well with no problems, thank you Emma.

Today I had an appointment with nurse Emma about getting my implant removed. She was lovely and explained the removal procedure to me. I then explained how I was wanting to try another method of contraception and she spoke me through the different options and asked me if I had any questions. After explaining that I would like to try the coil however I am worried about the pain she put my mind at ease. I often worry about going to the doctors however Emma was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood everything. She also signposted me to other websites so I could gain more information on the coil.

Today I had an appointment with Suzie, it was my first time having to do a Cervical Screening, I was so nervous! But Suzie was so comforting, kind and nice that I just relax and trusted her! Thank you

Emma Cornell and Suzie Manning went above and beyond when taking care of me today. They were patient, understanding, kind and very helpful. The level of care and professionalism was remarkable. Thank you ladies.

When I was in a situation where needed various medical documents, exams and referrals, all the staff were immensely kind and helpful, especially Shelly and Dr Gunderson who worked very hard to ensure everything went well despite the urgency.

I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are unnecessary, and if anything are more of a reflection on the underfunded NHS than the medical centre itself. The difficulty of booking an appointment is more of a reflection of the strain on the NHS than the medical centre themselves - there's only so many doctors and practitioners! My experience has always been that they have been running on time, or only delayed by a few minutes, which is outstanding compared to my doctors back home where you're lucky to be seen within the hour of the scheduled appointment. The doctors have always been friendly and helpful and the centre is always clean. I don't really know what else you expect from a medical centre

I had an appointment with Suzie today, she was the best!, made me feel comfortable throughout the process and made sure to ask if I was ok or in any pain. Thank you Suzie!

Many of the reviews here are unnecessary and it seems as though people do not understand the pressures that are on the NHS as a whole. If there’s an emergency go to A&E, it’s literally called accidents and emergencies for a reason.

Like many places, getting an appointment is difficult. It doesn’t matter what clinic or medical centre you go to, you will most likely never get the “perfect date & time”. If you want that kind of treatment, go to private care.

The staff here are very kind and it’s easy to see they put effort into their work. I’m very grateful my university has such a nice medical centre on site. Please respect those working in healthcare.

Got an appointment the same day. Friendly and competent staff. Only had to wait five minutes in the waiting room. The doctor was great and really took time to explain everything to me. I honestly can’t understand the bad reviews on here.

I have never had a bad experience here, the staff are lovely and I always get prompt appointments. The nurses I have seen are so sweet and want to help you with any problem and be comfortable.
