I was planning to use MJS for a boiler service after a recommendation but had a burst pipe and boiler issue before I got round to it. They came out quickly and I am very pleased with the service they provided. Will definitely be using them in future :)

Very happy with quality of work and end result of my bathroom refurbishment which was problematic due to pretty much every item to be fitted damaged or faulty (nothing to do with MJS I might add as all ordered by myself separately). Lots of running around by Steve to replace parts or fix things to get everything working and looking good . Highly recommend.

The toilet flush stopped working properly so it had to be replaced. Because of the age of the flushing mechanism the toilet cistern also had to be replaced. The work was carried out professionally and efficiently. We were kept informed of progress and appointments were made very quickly. We would recommend this company.

Steve was brilliant. The job was finished to a high standard and on time.

Bathroom Installation.
Right from initial contact, whole service provided was very professional. Initial visit prompt and on time with quote being issued very quickly. On acceptance of quote, appointment was arranged at my convenience and communication with Carley in office was always very efficient and backed up with email confirmation. On day of fitting bathroom Steve the plumber was on time, extremely polite and very professional in his work. The few problems he encountered he remedy with minimal fuss and also kept me well informed with what was happening. Work was completed in time allotted and Steve left the room spotless!! No mess and no fuss, perfect. I would definitely use again and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Great service, clear communication & positive outcome. Our heating system developed a fault with no heating on the upper two floors of our house. From the initial contact with Matt, through to communication with Carlie & the site visit by Steve the service was prompt, efficient & courteous. The fault was quickly diagnosed & fixed. Highly recommend their services.

Managed to obtain an appointment fairly quickly following a hot water fault on my boiler. Boiler was fully working following the engineer visit and notes on the diagnosis explained the problem

Very professional service from the time we recieved the quotation, advice given & through to the installation. Heating engineer on site was very competant and polite. The Worcester Bosch system control care pack software complicated to set up, but the engineer was clearly very experienced, and now fully functional. I would highly recommend MJS

Frankly I was not prepared.....

It's been many years since I've needed to find a plumber. The type I was used to would arrive sometime between 'now' and 'whenever', the arrival would be in a beaten-up white van and we were just expected to be lucky they found the time 'to squeeze us in'.

I had wanted to keep local business local and would have paid a slight premium to have done so. The glitter of Internet pricing was not sufficient to sway me from my values, in actual fact MJS transpired to be very competitively priced.

Excellent communication at every step to confirm all timings from when initially estimating to installation, the quotes (we had 2 options) provided clear pricing.

Times, and customer service have evolved. I had not been prepared for this level of communication and efficiency. This is the model by which all trades should be measured.

On the day that works commenced, I met Steve. A very assured and safe pair of hands. I'm sure it wasn't the easiest of boiler replacements but I wasn't made to feel it was too much effort.

One very satisfied customer now with NEST controlled Vaillant rear flue boiler.
