I had to find another unit rather quickly and stopped off at the Cheam branch and was seen immediately by Shane. He was happy to help and showed me various units to help me find one that was a good size for my belongings. Service was brilliant from start to finish. I was signed up that afternoon and was able to move in the following day. He showed me how to download the app and walked me through each step. The whole site is clean, tidy and easy to navigate.

I can't fault the customer service at Access Self Storage in Cheam. We had to move out of our office at short notice and had originally reserved a unit that, on arrival, was too small. This was immediately accommodated, our contract amended and we seamlessly moved into a larger unit in a very short time. Farrukh and his team were brilliant but I would like to make special mention of Tony, with whom I had most contact. He was friendly, professional and a credit to the company. Would highly recommend Access Self Storage Cheam to anyone.

We used the Access Self Storage in Cheam to store our furniture whilst we had our house renovated. The process was simple and straightforward and the facilities were well maintained. The staff member I interacted with each time was fantastic and he was knowledgeable and personable; great customer service.

From start to finish I could not have had better service or customer experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, my allocated storage was perfect, clean and easy to load and unload. A great price and payments and invoices made efficiently each month with zero hassle. If I still needed storage I would still be there, I definitely recommend this branch as a great place to store your stuff.

It was my first time renting a self storage, i reserved a small unit online with access self storage because their amazing price and perfect location for me, when I arrived at the branch, it was 17:55pm, 5 minutes before the store's closing time, the store manager Mr Hassan straightaway got me registered and very kindly let me unload my stuffs and helped me to store them in one of the storage unit, I especially appreciate and grateful for his time and effort when I learnt he suppose to pick up his daughter in a nearby daycare at 18:15pm that evening. I must say this level of customer care is very hard to find nowadays.

The people here are really helpful and friendly, we had originally rented a 50sqft, but needed to go bigger and the guys were able to sort it all out for us within 10 mins and we moved our stuff.
When they launched the app it would have been nice to be able to access the units after closing times, as there were times i needed stuff but work during the day and couldnt get there and it was sometimes rammed at the weekends, even it was for a few hours or maybe have shifts to allow people to go a bit later on a weekday
Otherwise i thought i was worth having and would consider it again.
