Really excellent little jewellers. Great service. My Guess watch had a large scratch on the glass crystal which eventually turned into a crack. I visited here hoping for a replacement crystal and they did just that, they replaced the glass in my watch for £45 which I think is very reasonable. Initially they informed me it could take up to two weeks, but they actually had one in stock and so after leaving the store, within an hour or two I received a message to say my watch was ready for collection. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. I will return for any further service for sure.

Visited a few jewellers in Sutton and Banstead ,with my Omega.It required a new bracelet pin.
They all said that it would have to go back to Omega.?
I visited Clarkes and they fitted one within 10 minutes

Went there to have my wife’s ring shaped out as it was a little dented. They did it in 20 minutes and when it was ready it was in beautiful shape and as new. They refused payment even after I insisted on paying they didn’t want anything for the work. Amazing people with quick and professional work, they also have a beautiful selection of jewelry. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Brilliant, very friendly, with a personal touch. Been there twice to get a watch fixed recently, and a new battery with fitting, and a new strap for another one. Very reasonable prices too. Will definitely go back.

I strongly recommend Clarkes Jewellers: great, efficient & very friendly service. I was upset that Gucci kept my Gucci watch for 3 months only to tell me they were unable to change the battery (after years of taking it to Gucci). My father, who passed away last year, gave it to me as a Christmas present years back so it was very important to me that my watch worked again. I took it to Clarkes Jewellers on the recommendation of a friend and it took them minutes (!) to change the battery… I am very grateful to them. I will definitely be back !

Just had my rings from 1975 made bigger . What an absolutely marvellous job done by Clarkes . At long last I can now wear them , got my heart pumping again . Under the guidance and expertise of Clarkes, I took in a diamond that I wanted made into a ring. They made the most breath taking beautiful ring, which far exceeded my expectations.

Took a bracelet today and they took links out without charge. They were also serving another person and they didn't charge them. Two lovely smiley ladies with excellent customer service that you don't see much now Thank you 5 *

I required what I thought was a new watch battery but the Assistant advised that the battery was fine and only the removal of a safety clip was required! No charge was levied. For honest advice and service that's 5 stars.

Lovely staff helped me out, was expecting to pay for an adjustment on a watch but was done free of charge as it was an easy task for the lady. Gave great advice on some other repairs that she advised would be better from the manufacturer under warranty. A brilliant small business that cares about its customers more than money. I’ll be using them for all my needs from now on!

We go here for all of our repair, cleaning, valuation and upcycling/bespoke jewelry needs. Lou and Mark are always a pleasure to speak with and provide absolutely fantastic service and work at very reasonable (too reasonable) cost.

Update: March 14 - I picked up an earring necklace set they custom made from an old-fashioned three stone necklace I had and never wore. I absolutely love it, including the lovely way they boxed it up for me! Thanks as always Lou & Mark 😁😁

Following a recent accident where my wristwatch got broken, I visited Clarkes to look for a replacement or possibly have the broken watch repaired. Louise said she would try to get a new quartz glass and hope that repairs could be made successfully. I certainly hope so. And a very short while ago, Louise phoned me to advise that my watch had been repaired and was ready to collect. The repair was so good that there isn't any sign of the previous accident-damage. Now a downside of leaving a glowing review is that the maximum number of Stars allowed is 5 Stars. Personally I believe that Clarkes deserve at least 10 Stars, for incredible service. I am extremely grateful with the service I received at Clarkes Jewellers. After finally deciding the time was right to propose to my girlfriend of 5 and a half years, I was recommended this Jewellers by a friend.
I had a vague idea of the type of ring I wanted (having noted down all the not very subtle hints my other half had given me over the years), and roughly what I was willing to spend. Jenn and Louise were very friendly and guided me through the entire process. I was shown a whole variety of options that were similar to what I had in mind to make sure I got the perfect ring. We decided to go down the route of designing a ring, taking inspiration from the rings on display and using Jenn and Louise’s extensive knowledge. I was able to pick up the ring a few weeks later.
I proposed to my (now) fiancé a few days ago and she absolutely loves the ring and the fact I was able to design it for her.
I can't fault the service of Clarkes Jewellers and the help they gave me in such an important part of my life

Superb Jewellers, requested for the old lobster clasp removing and to replace with 6 additional links so one continuous chain, also to increase the size of the bail on the cross as this was catching, quoted me the best price by far and got the work done in just 8 days, really pleased with the job so much so I gave them another repair job when I picked this up, would definitely recommend. Amazing and professional jewellers who go above and beyond. I have been to Louise a few times over the years mainly for fixing my jewellery and even with designer watches she was able to remove links that the original retailer wasn’t! My most recent visit was to her colleague Mark who was able to adjust two Pandora rings for me (made larger) He did such an amazing job you couldn’t even tell where it had been adjusted! Louise was as lovely as ever and Mark great job. Both were friendly and customer service is always great here. Thank you!

I went on Friday and had two watch battery changes, some link cuffs to come of a watch for a better fit and needing a fix for my Casio watch also as the strap pin was not secure.

All was fixed and sorted within 30-45 minutes. Bearing in mind there was 4 watches with different issues I had, with different brands.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had said I would do one as they never disappoint.

The only way I can describe Clarkes Jewellers is professionalism. Will only go to them for any watch issues.

Went in for 3 watch straps, batteries and glass on one. Sorted it for me beautifully. Great customer service. Great value for money. 10/10 will be the only jewellers I go to from now on! Thank you
