I have Known Warrenders Jewellery over too many years to mention, and have had work done by them and their watch repairers and have had excellent service. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful in what ever you require, be it a battery charging, or Jewellery items got, or repair carried out nothing is to much trouble. Later years I have got to know John, and Gemma two of their Staff who have been very helpful. Warrenders Jewellery is a very Happy, Helpful, and friendly Jewellery shop, one that I would recommend to anyone.

I recently had the most amazing experience at Warrenders Jewellers, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service and the beautiful engagement ring they helped me create for my now fiancée. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

When I first walked into the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff, particularly Alli, provided expert guidance and support throughout the entire process of designing a stunning 3 stone ring. They patiently listened to my ideas and preferences, and expertly sourced the finest diamonds and materials for a bespoke mount.

Alli's reassurance and invaluable guidance truly made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in capable hands.

One thing that truly amazed me was the speed at which they assembled the ring. I had a tight timeline, as I was planning a surprise proposal during my trip to Italy. Warrenders pulled out all the stops and managed to fast track the ring assembly within just one week! I was over the moon when I received the finished piece—it was beyond my expectations.

Gemma helped me create the perfect ring, in memory of my Grandma. She was enthusiastic and listened to my ideas and gave me options. The result is a stunning ring which is exactly what I hoped for.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Warrenders. I had an issue with my eternity band where the diamonds kept falling out. John took the time to investigate into some different options and I went with a re-banding. The new ring looks gorgeous- so sparkly & secure! Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the very start with the initial design, suggestions and advice, the service has been exceptional. I was looking for a wedding ring with some sentimental value and had some old jewellery that I never wore that was previously given to me by my grandparents. Warrenders couldn't have been more accommodating. They managed to melt down my old jewellery in to a wedding ring and use a diamond from one of the old rings and put it on the inside of the new one, inside an engraved Maltese cross. Communication throughout the process was excellent and I was given back excess gold that wasn't used. It is exactly what I was looking for a feels a bit more special than the norm at a very reasonable price. Thanks very much.
